They advertise 24-hour service, but that's not the case. They gave me one appointment time. I arrived early because my son was in a lot of pain and the clinic was closed.
Dr. Erik Flores provided excellent care, was very punctual and kind, and explained everything thoroughly. His care was truly comprehensive, both clinically and in terms of follow-up instructions. Congratulations! 👏 👍 A special mention to the WhatsApp team; the people who answer are very friendly and an excellent team (we went to the emergency room at 00:30 🙂).

I went to the emergency room very late at night because of a wisdom toothache. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately to schedule an appointment. It was approximately 11:30 PM. excellent, very dedicated to his work. The anesthetic injection didn't hurt at all; I didn't feel a thing, nor did the tooth extraction. It gave me confidence and peace of mind since I was very nervous. I was very happy with my experience at the clinic. He took the time to explain the entire procedure to me, why the toothache happens, the steps to follow, and the aftercare I should take. He's a doctor dedicated to his patients, so I highly recommend them! ☺️

I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Andrés Guerrero, and everything went well. During the procedure, thanks to the sedation, I only knew when it started and finished, so I wasn't traumatized at all. They advertise 24-hour emergency dental care, but no one answers the phone or WhatsApp messages. I contacted them several times around 8 AM and didn't get a response until 10:30.

Excellent! The receptionist was a 7 out of 10, the facilities were clean, the estimate was clear, and the appointments were on time. Dr. Erik Flores Muñoz's care was also a 7 out of 10; I felt no pain during my tooth restoration procedure. He was kind and helpful in explaining the process, which was completed successfully on the agreed-upon date. Highly recommended.

I went in for an emergency, and Dr. Nicolás was wonderful. He explained everything very well, and I felt super comfortable in every way. Dr. Nicolás was fantastic, no complaints whatsoever. It's an excellent clinic, definitely worth going to. I truly felt comfortable and I'm grateful that he helped me with everything.

It was an emergency dental visit to have my wisdom tooth removed. They told me it couldn't be done, that it had to be removed in the operating room. They simply injected me with anesthesia and cleaned the area, since the tooth is still under the gum, and that's why I paid $80,000.

Good morning. We regret to read your comment. It's important to clarify that, as this was an after-hours emergency visit (4:00 am), the goal is to resolve the immediate discomfort or infection, not to perform complex surgical procedures. Before your visit, the emergency protocol was explained to you in detail, as well as during your consultation, including the limitations of this type of care. In your case, it was clearly stated that the extraction of your third molar (wisdom tooth) could not be performed due to the tooth's position and complexity, which is why you needed to be referred for specialized surgery. Even so, the pericoronitis, which was the reason for the emergency visit, was treated appropriately, controlling the pain and infection, as required by dental protocols (see the MINSAL guidelines on pericoronitis on Google). We regret any misunderstanding, but the care was provided following all clinical and safety standards for your well-being. This care, I reiterate, was explained in detail and readily accepted by the patient. Finally, the fee of 80,000 pesos includes the in-clinic visit. It's important to note that this was an emergency call, so the doctor interrupted his personal activities to come to the clinic and attend to your primary concern. A wisdom tooth extraction like yours (which was impacted) must be performed in an operating room by a maxillofacial surgeon, and the cost is around 250,000 pesos. It's clear that at 4:00 AM, an operating room with surgical instruments, etc., cannot be set up. In any case, we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to educate the community of the northern macro zone in these areas of health.

I called for urgent care on September 17th. They explained that the fee was $15,000 until 7:00 PM. Dear Ximena, good morning. First of all, we apologize for the misunderstanding. We reviewed the records and you entered the clinic at 6:51 PM. The clinic closes at 7:00 PM. You were offered a diagnostic service for 15,000 pesos, which includes a panoramic X-ray (valued at approximately 20,000 pesos) and an evaluation by a doctor. You declined this evaluation. The doctor's shift ends at 7:00 PM and he had to attend to another facility. Therefore, after 7:00 PM, the on-call doctor should be called (after-hours emergencies require a call-out). It's important to note that the receptionist wasn't eating anything. You were looking towards the Director's office, which had its door closed. When you entered, you glanced towards the receptionist's private area, where she was drinking "mote con huesillos," a typical Chilean drink that the company purchased before the national holidays. Furthermore, it was mentioned that the person was chatting inside the office. We have validated mobile phone use (WhatsApp, social media, etc.). We offer our sincere apologies and will refine our protocols to avoid misunderstandings. It was impossible to perform an emergency treatment in 7 minutes. At 7:00 PM, the clinic closes and cleans up before starting the 24-hour on-call emergency service, which costs 70,000 pesos because the doctor must interrupt their personal activities to address the emergency treatment.
