Great clinic and excellent professionals, but terrible location for those who use public transportation. High risk of robbery; I was robbed when leaving there at 6:30 PM.
It was great every time I come back... Excellent service.

Trustworthy professionals. They only let us do a job if it's absolutely necessary.
The environment and facilities are good, but the reception staff is unprofessional. I was a client of the clinic and when it came time to have my orthodontic braces removed, the after-sales service was terrible.
This clinic is really great, I love seeing the children playing in a space just for them, congratulations to the Pro-Riso Clinic.
I received several pieces of information about the PRÓ-RISO clinic, and they were all great. I went to check out this wonderful place, and the excellent service starts from the reception to the dentist. Excellent service, great dentists, incredible infrastructure, all the clinic staff are extremely attentive. The clinic is extremely cozy, with a television, a children's area with tables, toys and non-slip children's mats. The dentists are extremely professional, very careful and patient. I am completely satisfied with all the service, I recommend it!!

I'm receiving treatment there and the service is excellent, as are the treatments! Dr. Firmino is very kind, the receptionist is very polite and calm, the service is fast, they always respond to WhatsApp messages... the clinic gets a 10/10! I'm very satisfied.
I really liked it, nice environment and the dentist was very attentive, and the follow-up reminder service is great.

My wife brought my daughter, the environment is wonderful, we were well attended to at reception, but the professional who attended to my daughter criticized my wife in an embarrassing way regarding my daughter's dental care.
It seems the clinic was designed to provide well-being for its users. Good service and all the amenities.
