My experience has been excellent, without any problems and everything went smoothly. The service is admirable; they are completely professional in every way. Dr. Jesús is a great specialist, and the procedure went perfectly.

A disaster. They forgot to prescribe my medication, postponed appointments, caused delays, provided incorrect information, and ultimately I had to cancel the treatment I had already started due to such unprofessionalism.

Dear Javier, We regret that your experience was not satisfactory and feel it necessary to clarify a few points. Initially, you canceled your treatment an hour beforehand, claiming you didn't have the funds to pay. Despite this, we offered to reschedule, even for 8:00 a.m., even though our clinic opens at 10:00 a.m., in order to accommodate your situation. Regarding the medication, it's important to note that it is only prescribed when the treatment is performed. Therefore, since the procedure wasn't carried out, it wasn't necessary to administer it at that time. On the day of the procedure, when you were informed that payment had to be made in advance, you decided to leave in a rude and aggressive manner, leaving the doctor with an opening in the schedule and wasting the effort of the team, who arrived before their usual hours to see you. At our clinic, we always strive to offer the best care and adapt to the needs of our patients, but we believe that respect and communication are essential to guarantee professional and high-quality treatment.
My experience has been absolutely positive. I came in for a toothache that ended with a root canal. The procedure was quick and virtually painless. And the care was excellent!

My father is an elderly man with some bone loss issues, and many clinics gave us trouble over every little thing. In Palma, it's been completely different. They treated us very well the first day, and then the consultation with Dr. Jesús, who explained everything very clearly and professionally, was fantastic. So far, it's been a 10 out of 10.

I was looking for a solution for a missing tooth and they gave me a very thorough and professional examination. They scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sergio and it couldn't have been better. Very happy with the results! I've had my upper and lower implants for 7 months now, and I went for my check-up with Dr. Palma. As always, the service was fantastic, the staff is always wonderful... the respect, the way they treat me, I'm delighted!!

We visited many clinics looking for implant treatment for my mother, but nowhere did we feel confident enough to make a decision. Here it's been completely different from day one.
