I was at this clinic on June 3rd at 5:30 PM. I was seen by a woman named Suhaima, I think that's how it's spelled 😅. I have quite a lot of sensitive teeth, and she was so patient, kind, and empathetic with me when I had my teeth cleaned that I was pleasantly surprised by her young age. Unfortunately, I have to share my experience, a very unpleasant one. When I requested financing for a treatment, the tall, thin woman at reception told me they couldn't give me credit because I didn't have a national ID card (DNI). This was an act of discrimination. I asked her why she said that, that it wasn't relevant whether you had a NIE or a DNI, since I've had credit with many different…

She said she would send me information so I could send her the necessary documentation, but in the end, they didn't tell me anything, confirming the act of discrimination. I'm not doing this so they fire the woman, but so they take care of their clients by providing good service. Therefore, I don't recommend going to that clinic. The next day, I went to another dental clinic, and without any hassle, they financed my entire orthodontic and implant treatment at a better price than this clinic.

While we do currently offer financing for individuals with a Spanish Foreigner Identification Number (NIE), we want to emphasize that this financing is not a legal obligation and does not, under any circumstances, constitute discrimination. Following your visit, we contacted you with the intention of improving our service. During these communications, you attempted to coerce our staff into purchasing or subscribing to products and services from your business, explicitly threatening to publish negative reviews if we did not accept your commercial proposal. This conduct constitutes unacceptable coercion and has clear hallmarks of fraud, which is completely foreign to and contrary to the ethical values of our clinic. Our clinic operates with professionalism, transparency, and respect for all patients, without exception. We will not allow this platform to be used for pressure or interests unrelated to health. Everything was fantastic! They treat you very well from the moment you walk in the door. I had to wait a little while to be served, but everything went very smoothly and they were very professional.

I was pleasantly surprised. The clinic offers friendly and personal service, yet is also professional. We especially appreciate their punctuality and efficiency. I went to this clinic twice, and it seems to me that they're more interested in making a sale than in the patient's health. I visited Clinica Palma to have a filling replaced, and my experience with Eugenia was exceptional! I would recommend her without hesitation! Her empathy and friendly nature turned what could have been a scary experience for some (like me) into a breeze!
