Terrible clinic. I had my braces removed on January 21st and, to this day, the retainer hasn't been put on. I'm being forced to not cancel my plan so I can get a discount on the retainer, something that wasn't explained at the beginning of the contract. Terrible service. Good afternoon, Ms. Luana, how are you? I'm sorry your experience wasn't good. Our protocol is to deliver retainers within 15 business days, as this is a procedure that depends on laboratory testing. However, your retainers are already ready for delivery ahead of schedule, and the available date was communicated to you today. We are a reputable company and have been working in partnership with your health insurance provider for several years. Regarding your question about the authorization process, your plan offers two authentication methods: one via token, and the other via signature on the form, which is what happened in your case. If you prefer to authenticate via token, simply inform the reception desk of your preference. Regarding the cost of the retainers, we clarify that at no point did we inform you that you would be obligated to remain with the plan. What happened is that your plan doesn't cover the cost of retainers, and to avoid leaving patients without care, we agreed to make the retainer using the maintenance guide, as per your plan's instructions. We emphasize that the 3-month review period we request is the period recommended by the orthodontist for monitoring the treatment results and retainer maintenance. However, if the patient is not interested in attending this review, we request the signing of a liability waiver, and the patient is free to cancel the plan at any time. We appreciate your preference for our orthodontic treatment, which has always been conducted with respect, and we are available to answer any questions.

You were the first professional to use relaxation techniques, so I didn't even feel the moment the anesthesia wore off. From then on, calm was present throughout the entire procedure. I'm someone who's afraid of the dentist, but with Dr. Isabela, I felt much calmer. She showed me so much care and professionalism that I relaxed (haha).
