For six consecutive months, I took my son to a dental clinic that we prepaid for. Two months later, I returned to finish the treatment, and they told me it was complete. However, they had only put a filling in a tooth with a cavity. is also riddled with cavities; only one tooth is healthy. What I can't understand is how they assumed the treatment was finished when I had to go more than six times because a veneer kept falling off. I do not recommend this clinic. They called me after I posted this review and offered to see how we could get a refund. They asked me for a new estimate, and after I sent it, they never responded again. They're even unprofessional about that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I've attached photos after a year of treatment with them. Terrible, absolutely terrible service. My 4-year-old son had to undergo an incredibly painful root canal due to their negligence. After placing a filling in a molar without even ordering an X-ray, it caused enormous inflammation.
I DO NOT recommend this place. Trusting them was a complete waste of time and money. Dr. Baena, the orthodontist, committed serious negligence against my husband and me, causing damage to our quality of life and teeth due to poorly performed orthodontics. patients to a multidisciplinary team. He diagnosed us with "bruxism" despite not being the qualified professional. He ordered the extraction of a HEALTHY tooth unnecessarily. SERIOUS. He did not provide retainers after removing the lower brackets. Upon seeing lesions in the mucosa, he did NOT order X-rays, which resulted in a severe infection and pain. We were his patients for almost a year. (We have photographs and exams to support our claims.) Today we are at a new clinic that is helping us correct all the errors caused by the professional. We are once again paying for the treatment and spending a significant amount of time. It's deplorable that there are professionals who are outdated, have limited options, and lack professional ethics, believing that with their limited knowledge they can practice in something as important as dentistry and facial surgery. Even though I was aware of the situation, the owners of this place took no responsibility, didn't contact me, deleted my comment on social media, and blocked me. Forget about an apology or any solution to our problems. Terrible service.
The woman who handles the hours is so unpleasant and looks down on people as if she were superhuman.

I was pleasantly surprised by this dental clinic. From the receptionist to the dentists, the service was very welcoming and the prices (with insurance) quite affordable. The facilities are excellent, comfortable, and located in a prime area like Agrado de Peñuelas. Highly and absolutely recommended.
