I hesitated a lot before leaving this review, but after thinking it over and asking several people (all of whom agreed that my smile is perfectly fine), I feel I must. a clinic with the same kind of personal attention as always. However, my experience with the person who attended to me was very different. She made me feel uncomfortable with comments about my physical appearance and my smile, like, "What a shame to have a mouth like that with those eyes," or, "If I could, I'd force myself to get braces." She also told me that "I didn't pay attention to my teeth because I was used to seeing myself like that, with vampire fangs." Until that moment, I had never been self-conscious about my teeth; I considered them part of my personality. But since that appointment, I find it hard to smile naturally, and I can't look at myself in photos. I find it unacceptable to receive those kinds of comments in a professional setting. It's a shame, because the team is fantastic and deserves to work in a clinic that reflects their level of empathy and respect. Update after the clinic's response: I appreciate the time taken to reply and the polite tone of the message. However, I would like to clarify that this isn't about how I "experienced" or "perceived" the consultation, but rather about the literal meaning of some unnecessary aesthetic comments that have no place in a healthcare context. I had a great experience at this dental clinic. I had a whitening tray made and the service was excellent: friendly, kind, and very professional. You can tell it's a family-run clinic where they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommended.

Years ago I was a patient of Dr. Cabeceran (father), and now I am a patient of Jordi Cabeceran (son). Everyone is very friendly: Lola, Miriam, and Carla, the hygienist, who does very good oral cleanings. Happy, I will keep coming!
