I've been going to this place for over 10 years for maintenance, cleaning, smile micro-design, and even orthodontics with excellent results. Estela is very attentive and ethical in her services; I would definitely recommend her.

I went because I had a tooth infection and the health insurance provider wouldn't extract it. Dr. Aura performed the procedure, but she was NEVER attentive to me. I bled for 5 hours, and her response was: "Go to the ER, I'm not in the office anymore" 🤦🏻‍♂️. She performed the procedure, and afterward, she got angry when I asked for a medical leave certificate, saying things that showed a complete lack of professional and personal ethics, unfortunately. I would never go back. Good procedure, but a serious lack of professional ethics.

She's very charismatic, works well, and honors warranties, but there's one strong point: cleaning, changing gloves, napkins, etc., and they're not adequate. She gets very distracted by her cell phone, and she manipulates it while wearing the gloves she's working with. It's something too important that it overshadows the other positive aspects.
