I've been a patient at Nova Dentismed for several years now, and everything has always gone perfectly! Highly competent professionals and impeccable service!
Relaxed atmosphere, friendly and above all competent staff. At another clinic they told me it wasn't possible to do a restoration, selling me an extremely expensive crown, and here, with great skill, they did me a perfect restoration. I am very grateful to the whole team! Without a doubt, I recommend them to everyone.

You don't use WhatsApp, which makes things much more difficult.

There must be some mistake in the comment. Yes, we use WhatsApp with multiple phone numbers, and many of our clients use it to communicate with us. We also do not recognize any relationship with you.
What defines a good professional is not just doing their job well, but going beyond that and optimizing something that didn't go so well. I had a treatment that didn't turn out as expected. Absolutely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for today at 10:45 because I chipped a part of my tooth biting on something. Despite multiple reminders to go to their Campo Pequeno office, when I arrived, they informed me that there was no appointment scheduled there and directed me to their Marquês de Pombal office. missing work again, uncertain if the appointment will actually take place. I left and made an appointment elsewhere. P.S. Now they even bothered calling again about 1h after I left, telling me it is impossible that she would have said that, basically calling telling me they didn’t do a mistake… ok then keep up the great work!

Me and my wife were on vacation in Portugal. She had a fall and suffered a chipped tooth. We found Nova Dentismed online. It was late at night around 11pm when it happened. I broke a tooth, I went here without an appointment but I was in a lot of pain, they saw me very quickly, took an x-ray, explained everything I had to take and do, fantastic, thank you very much

I wasn't familiar with Novadentismed until it was recommended to me for offering excellent service in invisible orthodontics. I am very satisfied with the support I have received from the doctors (even outside of business hours) and the results of the treatment. I contacted Nova Dentismed to get more information about invisible aligners, based on a recommendation from friends, and I was convinced after the first consultation. The entire staff was incredible and very professional, and less than a month later I was already getting my aligners. I couldn't be happier!
