We didn't make it to the surgery. Although the tests were sent on Monday, they weren't forwarded to Dr. Rebeca Osuna until Friday. Which had been sent well in advance. It's disrespectful. It really seems like she doesn't know what people and their families need to prepare for before a procedure... ;(( Finally, Dr. Farre himself saw us and operated on my mother. His plan was different from the initial one given by the doctor—more intervention but also greater durability. He had to cancel once due to illness, but then it finally went ahead, and it was a great success. We appreciate his knowledge and clinical approach.

I was treated at the Restrepo office. I have already received the work. I feel satisfied. I am infinitely grateful to the team of professionals and, in general, all the staff who treated me. And I recommend it to my family and friends because it is an excellent solution to our required treatments.
I had surgery at this clinic in December 2024 with Dr. Juan Carlos Leyva, and it was the worst thing I ever did. Let me tell you my story. I had a consultation with Dr. Juan Carlos Leyva, and I explained that I wanted a lift so they would be positioned behind the muscle. I explained it in detail, and he said it was possible, that they would look very nice, and that the incision would be through the areola. He's the surgeon, and he knows what he's doing and studied for it. I agreed, we arranged everything, scheduled a date, and I paid. Everything was fine up to that point… When the day of the surgery arrived, I woke up and asked him how my breasts looked. He replied that he couldn't place them behind the muscle because doing it that way would make us enemies since there would be exposed skin. I was very sad because we had discussed it beforehand, and if he had known this would happen, he would have told me it was better not to do it, or I wouldn't have wasted my money. Afterwards, when I went for the follow-up appointment, it was horrible. The scar is the ugliest I've ever seen. He destroyed my areola, damaging it completely. He didn't even take the time to make sure the nipples were in the same position. The incision was awful. It was an implant that wasn't right for my body. Even the assistant saw me and said, "How could he do that to me? He knew better." She said she wasn't in favor of surgery, which is why I was. I ended up worse than before. I lie down, and the implant shifts. The areola is destroyed, and I have to have reconstructive surgery again. Be careful so this doesn't happen to you.
Excellent service. They have a specialist for each service. We can rest assured that we won't be seen by a single dentist for all specialties without the necessary expertise; that won't happen at Clínica Loyola. 👍 …
I'm giving them one star not because they deserve it, but because there's no lower rating. The service is terrible. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. They don't care about their patients, and if you file a complaint, they NEVER take responsibility for it. procedure, and believe me, as a patient, that leaves much to be desired. They prevent patients from even requesting appointments. Personally, as a family member, I had to go to the clinic to demand an appointment for my mother because they were putting obstacles in her way to schedule it, and this was over a month ago. I'm still waiting for a response from the clinic.
