The doctor who speaks on television is excellent. He speaks beautifully, but when you get there, it's a bit different, and of course, I wish he could treat me. A few years ago, I was there on 85th Street. They took X-rays, and because of my dental condition, the difference in treatment was noticeable; I was left until last. This place is awesome! All of the dentists, hygienists, periodontists are excellent! And Drs. Natalia Gutierrez and Alejandra are truly the best. Implants, whitening, crowns, and even root canals are much better than any treatment Ive recieved in the United States - and at a fraction of US dental costs. Five years ago, on the advice of Dr. Mauricio Baez, who is not an implantologist, I committed the worst mistake of my life: getting implants in two molars because I was arrogant and didn't want to use my bridge. or give me any consent. He only hires non-implantologists who explain things on a computer without any real knowledge, as happened to me. Two implants were placed, perhaps in an area where they shouldn't have been. I went for checkups for a year because of discomfort and infections, and they always told me it was poor hygiene. I bought more than five devices to do my own cleaning, but nothing worked. Desperate, I went to another clinic, but they didn't fix the problem either. I've spent more than 20 million pesos, since I don't live in Colombia. I called Dr. Farre, and he said they aren't responsible for anything because I went to another clinic. I told him that I did it out of desperation because of the pain, since Dr. Farre never knew about my follow-up appointments. They didn't even follow up on my case. CONCLUSION: I've been dealing with this problem for five and a half years, still searching for a clinic where these implants can be removed. I take painkillers for the pain when my face swells, and I've noticed that the left side of my face is becoming disfigured because of this problem. THANK YOU, LOYOLA CLINIC, 85th Street, BOGOTA, THANK YOU, DR. FARRE, THANK YOU, MAURICIO BAEZ, for all this torturous suffering I've endured for five and a half years.
Excellent service and attention; all the staff are very friendly and always willing to help and teach. All the doctors are highly skilled and professional.
It's 11 PM and they're remodeling the clinic in a residential area. What idiots to do that kind of work, and it's been going on for days... an honor to be the first review of a place with no conscience... thank goodness I don't go there... a little something for the owner and manager.

A place like any other normal dentist's office, but the service is very good, even if you arrive early, they still make you wait because they're with other patients who may or may not have arrived a little late. However, the instruments are always disinfected and clean, so there's never any problem. There's always a dentist who can advise you on which part of your mouth you're working on.
