They are friendly and the service is good. The process I followed was tailored to the client and the procedures performed at the Loyola Clinic were excellent.

The doctor was very kind.
Excellent service, professional and very attentive. An orthodontic treatment that everywhere else I inquired would take four years took only a year and a half here, even with very diligent follow-up appointments, not to mention my daughter's treatment. Excellent guarantees. I love them.

We didn't make it to the surgery. Although the tests were sent on Monday, they weren't forwarded to Dr. Rebeca Osuna until Friday. And on Saturday, the day of the surgery—for which we had been preparing the logistics for a month, since the patient lives in La Calera, is elderly, and those of us accompanying her work—we had to cancel a morning of medical appointments and ask another sibling who…

lives in the countryside to come down that day. Then, on the day of the surgery, at the appointed time, she told us it couldn't be done!!! Because of the tests…!!! Which had been sent well in advance. It's disrespectful. It really seems like she doesn't know what people and their families need to prepare for before a procedure... ;(( Finally, Dr. Farre himself saw us and operated on my mother. His plan was different from the initial one given by the doctor—more intervention but also greater durability. He had to cancel once due to illness, but then it finally went ahead, and it was a great success. We appreciate his knowledge and clinical approach.
