We had a great experience. Dr. Bruna is a sweetheart, super gentle, and doesn't make you suffer during a teeth cleaning, haha. I also had a bruxism splint made with her, and it has greatly improved my sleep. A year ago I went to the clinic to get my oral health done again after years, and I was very happy with my choice. Dr. Lu received me with great empathy and professionalism, always helped me, and gave me the best guidance. Going to the clinic is therapy for me; everyone there is incredible, and you can see the care for each patient and their story. They have the best equipment and specialists.

Since the end of last year, I've been seeing Dr. Lu, the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I've had all my oral health care with her, including at-home teeth whitening, which I loved the results of, and so far, cosmetic contouring. She's a super competent, caring, and lovely doctor. I recommend her without hesitation.

I can't even schedule an appointment, imagine what it must be like, I called, I messaged on WhatsApp and nothing... What's the point of having a phone...? If they don't answer.

I didn't like the organization because, besides giving the wrong diagnosis for an exam that wasn't even mine, they didn't even try to fit me into an appointment that was already scheduled and ended up canceling it because of the wrong diagnosis. Hello Adriana. We apologize for what happened. We were without a secretary that week. So the doctor who was on site was receiving patients, answering calls when possible, responding to messages until 11 pm, seeing patients, and sterilizing materials to ensure the clinic remained operational for 9 dentists. At the time we sent you the diagnosis, we were speaking with 3 Adrianas and 1 Adriane; unfortunately, there was a mix-up in the messages, which we corrected immediately. Believe me, it was a difficult week for us. Regarding your appointment, there were cancellations in January and April as you requested. We did not change your appointment times. Unfortunately, we cannot "squeeze in" patients when there is no urgency, so as not to compromise the quality of care for other patients. We ask for your understanding, and the clinic remains available for any clarification or treatment.
Dr. Lu Kwan is a lovely person, an excellent professional, I loved being treated by her.
