The service was wonderful, from the reception area to the consultation rooms! We consulted with several dentists at the clinic, and they all treated us with attention and care.
Excellent service structure, especially Dr. Priscila, who is very meticulous and pays attention to detail!
They state that they accept Odontoprev health insurance but do not perform basic procedures such as fillings. This is a typical clinic that only partners with health insurance plans to attract private patients. They only offer cleaning services through the insurance plan.

cleaning and a filling on one tooth. The service wasn't what I expected. I found the cleaning very basic, considering I've had much better procedures done through the same plan, and the dentist refused to do the filling on my tooth because, even though my plan covers it, she chose not to do it, citing problems with Bradesco. I believe that if they don't like to accept insurance plans, they shouldn't offer this service at the clinic. I was very dissatisfied and I certainly won't be back.” But I'm back here editing my comment because the dentist and owner, Daniela, contacted me to understand what had happened and clear up this “misunderstanding”. I decided to return to the clinic after a conversation with the owner and was attended to by her, an impeccable service, unparalleled attention and humanization. I left the clinic very happy, as I felt welcomed as a client, and satisfied with her excellent work. My intention with this comment is to emphasize that Daniela is a professional who clearly loves what she does and strives for excellent service. It's a shame I hadn't met her before. Thank you Clínica Kok for the attention and care with my case.
My experience was excellent!!! I had several procedures done: root canal, prophylaxis, maintenance, and a few others whose names I don't remember, but everything was wonderful, from the reception to the dentist's care and post-treatment follow-up!!!

Super modern clinic with excellent service. All the professionals who attended to me, my husband, and my children were super professional, attentive, and caring. My children love going to the clinic, proof that the service is very exceptional. In addition, there's the convenience of on-site parking.
Terrible service. You schedule an appointment, wait almost a month for it, and still have to wait almost an hour to be seen. Plus, other patients are seen ahead of you.
