I would like to congratulate Dr. Gabriela Brum on her excellent and dedicated service to my children, who love going to the dentist because of "Dr. Gabi". She is always careful and attentive. We wouldn't trade her for anything.

Another point that deserves praise is Nil's charisma; she handles the closing process with such professionalism and friendliness that even a bureaucratic process becomes light and pleasant. The clinic itself is very comfortable, well-organized, and conveys a sense of security. Access is also simple and practical, making daily life much easier. You can see the care they took in considering the comfort of those who frequent the space. Unfortunately, sometimes we see very negative comments that don't reflect the reality of those who truly know the service provided. I, on the contrary, only have good experiences to share and recommend the clinic without any doubt. It's an environment that combines professionalism, warmth, and respect, which makes all the difference.

I tried to contact her repeatedly, but she refused to see me for a follow-up appointment, and worse, the secretary was very rude, saying that the clinic had no responsibility whatsoever for my treatment.…

How is that possible? The clinic is responsible; it was they who hired this professional. The same doctor contacted me saying she would reimburse me, and now she doesn't even answer my calls anymore. And my daughter and I, as clients of the clinic, are going to lose the money and the procedure that unfortunately didn't happen? I want my money back, or I will seek legal action. It was a total of almost 7,000 reais. I sincerely hope that this clinic resolves my problem in the best way possible, because I believe the responsibility lies not only with the professional but mainly with the clinic.
Pediatric care leaves much to be desired. Dr. Gabriela lacks the teaching skills to treat children when it comes to tooth extraction and administering anesthesia. #traumatic.
Terrible! My mother and I spent a significant amount of money last December on a biostimulator treatment performed by "Dr." Gabriela Rigotti, and we saw NO results. During the procedure, she said we would see results in 3 months, which didn't happen. We questioned her, and she said the results would come in 6 months, which also didn't happen. with her, as they always make it difficult, to resolve the situation. She never has available appointments and doesn't want to talk about the issue. I have before/after photos of the procedure, and even so, it's been very difficult. I'm writing this review because these were truly expensive procedures, we haven't seen any results, and we're not receiving good post-procedure care. I do not recommend the clinic or the professional. It's better to spend more money at a good place than to have a headache later. Unfortunately, they are unprepared and unqualified professionals.
