Terrible experience. I'm writing this testimonial on behalf of my dad, as he's less tech-savvy. About a month ago, he went to the dentist for some work and was seen by Rodrigo Saavedra. The job was basically a new crown on a damaged tooth. The dentist did the work, but less than two weeks later, while having breakfast, my dad ended up with the crown in his mouth and spitting it out. hadn't been done properly. Annoyed, but eager to find a solution, my dad went back to the dental office. Rodrigo saw him, and instead of admitting his mistake by saying, perhaps, "I didn't go very deep," or saying, "Sir, please excuse me, a new procedure is necessary because if we do the same thing, the tooth will fall out again," quite the contrary, this supposed professional—I question his qualifications as a dentist—referred to this "fix" as "I performed a miracle," when it was work he himself did. Furthermore, this supposed miracle he performed came loose again a few days later. Without any desire to hear about the previous appointment, he went to a new clinic, which, admittedly, was more expensive. They saw the dentist's work and determined that Mr. Rodrigo Saavedra had done a terrible job, explaining to my dad why it wasn't good work. They asked him where the work had been done, and he replied that it was with dentist Rodrigo Saavedra, indicating that he wasn't the first client who had come in for a... Poor work, and to top it all off, my dad spent approximately 300,000 pesos between an X-ray this "professional" ordered and the work itself. I'm completely sure they won't even consider making amends in any way, whether it's a refund or even an apology from this so-called professional. But I'm writing to future clients of this clinic to advise them to avoid Rodrigo Saavedra, because you get what you pay for. I also want to mention the receptionist who was responsible for making the calls; she was the only one who expressed regret about the situation. ATTACHED ARE PHOTOS OF THE SUPPOSED MIRACLE PERFORMED BY THIS HEALTH PROFESSIONAL.
The clinic is great and they provide excellent service; I haven't had any problems for months now. ❤
