I found them years ago thanks to Google reviews. I live outside of Barcelona, but I wouldn't change them for anything. My experience from the very first moment was excellent. I came to them with a condition that no other center could treat, and the specialists at AHOA did. For that reason, and because of the clinic's staff, I will continue to choose them.

receptionist's incompetence, but it wasn't her responsibility. I didn't receive any apology from the receptionist, not even a goodbye when she saw me leave the booth five minutes after I'd gone in. She was on the phone laughing; she couldn't care less. I won't be going back to this practice, that's for sure. It's a disgrace.

Finally, whenever I've had an emergency, they haven't hesitated to schedule an appointment as soon as possible to try to alleviate my discomfort. With a smile, he told me it would be nothing and that it would be over in three minutes. And it was. Quick, painless, and with a confidence that made me feel calm the entire time. That experience completely changed my perception of dentists. At the end of the year, I managed to get my father to come too. He wasn't just afraid, he was absolutely terrified. In his case, he underwent immediate loading with sedation: the necessary extractions were performed, and the abutments were placed in the same procedure. The process was flawless. Before the surgery, everything was explained to us with complete clarity. I want to especially highlight the financial management and transparency of the estimates. Laura, the clinic's accountant, is extremely precise. She sits down with you, explains the different options available, and presents you with various estimates so you can choose the one that best suits your situation. Everything is clear, without pressure, and with absolute transparency. The feeling of security and professionalism is constant, from the moment you walk in until you leave. They work with confidence, coordination, and technical expertise, something that, as a patient, you immediately perceive and that gives you peace of mind. The postoperative follow-up is another strong point. They call you and visit you on the same day as the procedure in the afternoon or the following morning. Afterward, they perform further check-ups: suture removal, adjustments to the immediate loading, and progress monitoring. In my father's case, he has had hardly any discomfort and no significant pain. He is delighted with the result. The facilities are modern, with a Nordic style, clean and pleasant. The clinic is spotless. They have their own operating room and a state-of-the-art CT scanner, which provides an extra layer of safety. I discovered a wonderful team of professionals who truly care about the patient and not just about profit, and that's something that's highly valued these days.
