I've been receiving my treatments at this clinic for a long time now. They are always very attentive, the professionals are qualified and helpful. I've also only taken my son to Clínica Ideal since he was 3 years old.

I've been a patient since 2017, and I've always received excellent service, but yesterday they outdid themselves. I was misled about the appointment date, and even so, they found a way to fit me in. Thank you so much, you guys are a 1000/10!

Impeccable service, very clean and organized environment, and incredible professionals.
Highly qualified professionals, wonderful service, and a very comfortable, beautiful, and pleasant environment.
Terrible, I waited for over 30 minutes and no one came to give any feedback. Good response, but I want to know if the terrible service at reception, which has several complaints, will also be defended.

Hello Nicolas. We work on a scheduled basis, not by appointment, due to procedures that may take some time. Even so, we do everything we can to assist you as quickly as possible.
I asked over the phone if they performed a procedure, they implied they did, I got there, they made me sign up for a plan for something I hadn't even requested, and in the end, the procedure I wanted, they didn't do, they referred me to another clinic that also said they didn't do it. Spending 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting to be served is the height of negligence.

k personally with the person in charge of the clinic to explain the situation in their presence. If the receptionist herself is checking these posts, unfortunately the problem continues, until the day I call the consumer protection agency (Procon) and demand my rights as a consumer regarding the waiting time exceeding the limit. It's not a simple wait; it's the conflicting information that proves it was intentional just because the client questioned the delay.
I was asked for documentation, which I sent via WhatsApp, including a panoramic X-ray. I received a phone call confirming that everything was okay for the extraction. They called me at 2:24 PM saying I had to be there at 3:30 PM to be seen. I arrived, waited 1 hour and 40 minutes, and was then informed that the dentist who was supposed to see me wasn't there. supposed to see me was clearly unwilling to treat me. HE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT MY IMAGING EXAMS BEFOREHAND. He called another dentist, very formal, who stated that she wouldn't perform the extraction. They told me the panoramic X-ray wasn't valid, the report wasn't valid. This is a lack of empathy and a lack of respect. The receptionist stated that she spoke with the dentist and that she had confirmed it. Did it all change out of nowhere? I lost an afternoon of work to have my case made light of.

For your appointment, we need updated x-rays and the original referral from the orthodontist (it cannot be a copy). Your x-ray was previously examined and is almost 2 years old, making it impossible to perform the procedure. The other dentist on the appointment is also a specialist and needed to evaluate your case. We had an unforeseen issue with the dentist who was going to perform your appointment, and unfortunately, she could not be at the clinic, and we apologize for this. Out of consideration and respect, we did not reschedule your appointment because we had another professional at the clinic available to perform your appointment. However, due to the lack of necessary documentation to perform the procedures, we were unable to carry out the appointment. We are at your disposal!
