Dr. Sindy Arce is the best. She made my trip from the US totally worth it. I am usually a daring person but i admit i get very anxious with dentists. Dr. Sindy is very calm and patient. Her office is very clean. She was able to make me feel at ease without the overwhelming anxiety I usually get. She took her time and paid attention to detail. are not honest. In the US, they upsell you and charge outrageous prices for procedures you don't even need half the time. Dr. Sindy Arce's work is detail oriented and of high quality. Dr. Sindy even worked later on a Saturday to accomodate me since I needed more work done and i have to fly back to the US on Sunday. The prices for Dr. Sindy's great work is very very fair. For the the first time in a few years I can eat without fear of something breaking or being in pain. I will fly back to Cali again, to her office, for any other dental procedures in future.

Excellent service and friendliness
What a wonderful dental experience. I came to Dra Arce for a cleaning and whitening. She explained everything so well and her technique was so gentle, I actually fell asleep in the middle of it-that’s never happened with any dentist, ever. Also, my teeth look amazing. Highly recommend.
I had a good experience at DRE Sindy Arce’s office. She was very professional and took the time to answer my questions before I ever made an appointment. When I did arrive for my appointment it happened on time as planned. DRE Arce was very gentle and thorough. I also liked that even though I’m tall the dentist chair was quite comfortable. All things considered I was pleased and would return.

From the very beginning, the service was very warm and friendly. The doctor answered all my questions, explained my case in detail, and resolved the pain I was experiencing in one of my teeth.

I was visiting Cali and had this wonderful dentist do a cleaning, a cavity and a resin filling I had been putting off. Happy to recommend. Very friendly, responsive and a great dentist. I had gone to another dentist in Cali, but was MUCH happier here and will come back for future work when in the city.

I wanted to take this time to thank Dr. Sindy for her work on my teeth. She was kind, thorough, and excellent. I haven't had such an amazing experience with anyone as I did with Dr. Sindy. I will definitely continue to follow her and recommend her to all my friends and family. Oh, and the clinic is clean and very welcoming. The prices were also very reasonable.

works with other local dentists if needed to accommodate a tight schedule) we are able to schedule a surgery for an implant that I needed, and extraction, created a new crown in a few days, a cleaning and whitening for my partner and all of it pain free (they took into account I was traveling and I received the pain meds and antibiotics I needed to travel safely). Pricewise, it was all less than 5% of the quote I got in the USA. She reviewed my X-rays, took new ones before moving forward with the implant, explained the heath of my teeth carefully, and helped me take care of a growing problem with ease. If you are nervous about getting dental work done abroad I recommend Sindy’s office. She is my new local dentist and considering I have traveled everywhere and have had dentist and doctors in the US and abroad I was at truly taken care of here. Trust me when I say it’s the place to go to in Cali.
I came to Colombia for the first time and was introduced to Sindy’s office for a teeth whitening. She was patient, thoroughly explained the process and helped me be at ease when I tend to be nervous in a dental office. It was such a professional experience from start to finish. I highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs. 5 stars!!!
If you are going to request extractions or appointments with specialists, it cannot be financed with Sistecredito and they never said this, they don't say it on social media, bad information.

Went here for a teeth cleaning and whitening. She did a great job, can definitely notice a difference in color. Would recommend.
