I was having problems with a root canal that was done elsewhere, and it was poorly done. I had an infection, so I went to this clinic because I didn't want to go back to the good professional who did my tooth. I have problems with anesthesia because it usually takes a long time to take effect or doesn't work at all, but he was always attentive. Today I had to go back to the clinic because it got infected and I was in a lot of pain. I arrived and was very well taken care of. He removed the stitches, cleaned, applied medication, and gave me more medication. A few hours later, I no longer feel pain. I had problems with the anesthesia because it didn't want to take due to the infection, but he was super attentive, always applying it and waiting. I have never been treated so well by a dentist as they did. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻

would need implants, and the dentist in charge wasn't there; I could only see him the following day. I returned on Tuesday morning and was seen by Dr. Leandro. Well, first of all, this professional was not at all friendly. He put on gloves and pushed my teeth (which are already very loose due to my periodontitis), almost "knocking" them out with the stupidity of the push he gave them with his fingers! After this scare, he immediately told me that the other two teeth were already compromised and THAT I HAD TO HAVE THOSE REMOVED TOO! Without even asking me, discussing the matter, whether or not I would have the financial means to have all four teeth done at once! He already gave me his estimate, which would be 8,000 reais for his part, not including the tooth extraction surgery and cleaning, and the temporary teeth with Dr. Flávia, which would cost another 1,080 reais. CONCLUSION: this Dr. Leandro is extremely insensitive, rude, and has no tact whatsoever in dealing with people who already have self-esteem issues due to their teeth. I even have insomnia because of it! Look, I didn't receive good service and I certainly don't recommend this place, MUCH LESS THIS DR. LEANDRO! I'm never going back there again. I've signed up with another, much more reputable clinic where I'm being treated very well, with care, as people truly deserve! I believe that to deal with people, especially those already suffering from oral health problems, a professional needs to be tactful, caring, and able to communicate effectively, and not be rude or almost knock my teeth out with the forceful push he gave them! I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!
I can't yet speak from experience, but I'd like to give an evaluation; I'll share my experience later.

Excellent service from the reception to the professional Dr. Flávia who treated me. Very friendly and attentive, she solved my problem, which was to bond my upper retainer without beating around the bush like many dentists do. I highly recommend her and I will schedule a cleaning with this doctor, whom I liked from the first contact.

TERRIBLE! My wife is undergoing treatment at this clinic. She needed to have a tooth extracted and complained of severe pain. They said they couldn't pull the tooth because it would "fall out on its own" soon, and that they couldn't do anything about it because the tooth was already "loose." But guess what???? a fever for 4 days straight, hasn't been able to eat for days, hasn't slept at night for DAYS, just cries because of the pain. I feel terrible seeing her like this. Tomorrow she's going to another dentist. I hope she never goes back to that place. Honestly, it's only given her headaches!
