I would definitely recommend this clinic. Dr Ricardo Valente is very attentive and kind to his patients, which was extremely important to me as I used to be afraid of dentists. treated, and before the procedures I was given a full price list tailored to my situation. All the procedures went perfectly, were carried out with care and professionalism, and were quick too. The implants have been fitted and I’m grateful for my new teeth! We’ll see how they settle in:)

I called to make an appointment. The lady on the phone was friendly. Days later I went to the appointment, and I was well taken care of. The place was clean and airy, still with COVID-19 prevention measures in place (hand sanitizer). Recommended 🥰

When I tried to get 2 implants and 2 crowns, after 4 or 5 attempts (I don't remember exactly), all were unsuccessful, and I ended up losing another healthy tooth due to the successive interventions. Following the response from the person concerned, I regret that you are publicly exposing the patient's condition, as your diagnosis is only an opinion. I subsequently sought the opinion of more than one dentist, and none of them mentioned that diagnosis. The fact that I smoke was not an obstacle to the preparation of the estimate. I can express my opinion, which, after 4 or 5 interventions (you can confirm this in your records) in the field, seems reasonable to me to show my dissatisfaction with the technique you use. The complaint to the OMD (Portuguese Medical Association) did not proceed because I would have had to present an external report from another doctor, and they are reluctant to go against another doctor. I missed my last appointment, but they haven't revealed the reason. I asked for clarification on what they were going to do, they refused to answer, and since my trust in them was already low, I chose to cancel. I also consider myself at fault for having trusted, through repeated attempts, that they would find a solution. And they never sent me the clinical report of the services performed at your clinic, which I am entitled to.

Dear Mr. Filipe, The entire procedure was carried out in accordance with best practices. The doctor wrote to you on 11/20/24 that after observation by CBCT, a picture of acute necrosis compatible with the diagnosis of Acute Necrotizing Ulcerative Gingivitis (ANUG) was detected at the bone and gingival level, as well as a picture of active bone recession, due to the etiological factors of excessive smoking, poor oral hygiene, stress, low immunity and nutritional deficiencies (vitamin deficiency). We scheduled an appointment for 12/18/24 and Filipe MISSED IT. There was a need for a rigorous debridement and cleaning approach at the periodontal level, oral hygiene control, tag cessation and oral antibiotics, since the type of bacteria that cause this condition are extremely aggressive and invasive. The complaint you filed with the OMD was archived, the dentist in question acted in accordance with the respect for health that was objectively required of him. Best regards The VitaCentro team

reception, cleanliness and organization of the place make the time spent inside the clinic very pleasant. I have already had 3 impacted wisdom teeth extracted, where I did not have any pain or trauma. As well as several dental cleanings and I can point out that both treatments were performed with great professional rigor. So far I have no negative aspect to point out about this clinic and I will always choose Vita Centro de Lisboa.

They don't respect the client's health; when unpleasant situations occur, they find justification to blame the client, and they don't take responsibility. I don't consider them specialists in implantology at all due to their lack of technical skills.

The prices listed on the website are not the actual prices, at least not for the palate expander. The website says 220, but during the consultation they quoted 450.
