fact, I did wait to have it replaced in the U.S. for cheaper. Today (Monday, March 3), I had a cleaning scheduled for 9am. However, on Friday, the office called and asked to reschedule for 12pm. I arrived at the office at 11:50. At 12:30 I was still in the waiting room. I approached the front desk to say that I had been waiting 30 mins past my appointment, and I have to leave, as I now won’t have time to wait longer plus have the appointment. I’m taking time from work for this appointment. There was no apology, nothing. Their only response was to ask if I can come back on March 23rd. I had already rearranged my entire schedule for the day to accommodate the new time to which they’d changed my appointment, only for the whole thing to be a waste of my time. Why reschedule the appointment to a time to which you can’t even adhere? I’ll be finding a new dentist office - one that respects other people’s time.
Super friendly. I had to get my retainer checked on a whim. It's great that there are doctors like her!
I had two emergencies and they were so eager to help that I did not even think of considering going anywhere else. Super professional, understanding and just positive in general. They walk you through the treatmant plan beforehand answer any little question you have.
Did several different treatments here already, and everything went really well. They work thoroughly and communicate transparently. The staff is welcoming and always eager to answer questions (what's more, most of them speak English). The ambiance of the clinic provides a relaxing feeling, which is also important.

A year ago I left a 5-star review. It still stands for the hygienist. However, for the removal of a cavity and restoration, the result was not as expected. I didn't see the tooth at the end of the treatment, otherwise I would have shared this opinion with the doctor. The tooth lost its shape, it looks bad aesthetically. My luck is that it's a molar. I have been treated extremely well at this clinic, every time I went there. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, very kind and patient. The dentists that I have seen were very good and also managed to make me feel at ease after a while, which is hard to do because I am usually terrified at the dentist. I highly recommend. Excellent experience! We booked about a month in advance via email. Pricing was transparent and upfront. Service was excellent - they were even able to book a follow-up appointment the day after my partner got a filling in order to fix some other issues he had. My partner said the new composite filling gave him 0 pain unlike the mercury fillings he got in the United States.
