A very bad experience with this doctor. She leaves her clients in the lurch. It took me four days to get an appointment, and in the end, they didn't see me because I waited 45 minutes at the clinic and she never showed up. Importantly, this clinic has a very small reception and is hidden away. There are still things that need to be improved, since you're paying, and they don't respect…

Good afternoon. You left, and the doctor was fully available to see you. However, the units were undergoing maintenance at the time. We sincerely regret the inconvenience, which was beyond our control. We have adapted the space to better serve our patients, as the clinic, as you may have noticed, is currently being expanded. You were comfortably seated, and we never have patients standing or waiting outside. You were unable to experience the doctor's work firsthand because you left due to your unwillingness to wait. We understand the importance of your commitments, but there are definitely situations where it is impossible to attend to patients immediately upon arrival. We apologize for the inconvenience and would be happy to schedule an appointment for you tomorrow.

Excellent care, very professional. I was trembling with fear because I thought I would feel horrible pain, but that wasn't the case. The best maxillofacial surgeon removed my 4 wisdom teeth, and it wasn't traumatic at all. Very fast and well attended to. 😊 …

Excellent and friendly patient care. Dr. Karla Alas is very professional. Reasonable prices. I had a deep cleaning, X-rays, and a porcelain-fused-to-metal crown placed on a molar. Everything went very well. They gave me a treatment plan to complete my dental care. I will be back soon.

We recommend procedures that are necessary for the patient. Bichectomy is not a procedure for a medical condition; it's a cosmetic treatment. The patient decides, not us. Bichectomy is also a procedure in which we are highly professional, being the only dental clinic in the country with a specialist for the procedure at an affordable cost. If it was recommended to you, it's most likely because the specialist saw features in your face that could be improved, but as we've said, it's an aesthetic procedure.
