You can check the security camera footage (if they have one) which shows them entering and leaving the room where I was being operated on. The room is a closed room, and from the moment the receptionists opened and closed that door to ask absurd questions, they were INTERRUPTING the operation. They're trying to cover up the truth. They should be more humble and admit their mistake. BE PROFESSIONAL‼️

Yes, your appointment was scheduled for the same day. The doctor's patients are scheduled in advance, but we were happy to see you anyway. We apologize for asking about your appointment, and we did review the security camera footage, and at no point did anyone enter the doctor's office. We'd be happy to share the recordings with you. And those were your prescriptions, miss. Because the doctor isn't seeing anyone else. We're glad your procedure was a success; the doctor performed your surgeries without any problems.

Mr. James Guzmán and other patients who have been labeled "irresponsible and inconsiderate," which reveals serious deficiencies in customer service. This could very well affect future patients. If they handle these cases this way, mistreating customers, it's reasonable to wonder, "Will the same thing happen to me?" I don't know, but I prefer not to risk my family's safety. I hope the owners become aware of these complaints and have the empathy and humility to correct these situations.

Hello Mario, at our clinic we provide comprehensive care to all our patients. We see more than 50 people daily for various treatments. We perform a thorough diagnosis, meaning we look at all the teeth in general, not just one. Therefore, we provide a treatment plan and protocols that we follow and monitor. However, if the patient doesn't adhere to these protocols, it's not our responsibility. The patient who complained was told beforehand that they needed a root canal, which they didn't get. Both the maxillofacial surgeon and the endodontist told the patient that the procedure was necessary, and of course, they followed up, but the patient didn't want to come back. What can we do in these cases, Mario?

st four times by administrative staff, specifically receptionists, who entered the operating room without any medical justification. Among the interruptions that occurred: • One receptionist entered to ask the doctor about his appointment schedule, something that could and should have been addressed outside of the surgical procedure. • On another occasion, the receptionist entered and, clearly seeing that the doctor was operating, asked him: “Doctor, are you busy?” This type of comment, made during surgery, struck me as not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to the patient and the medical procedure itself. This interruption occurred because “Dr. Estefany Palacios requested it,” which does not justify interrupting surgery with a patient lying open in the chair—a complete lack of professionalism. • They also interrupted to ask about medication for another patient on a different prescription, again disregarding the fact that a surgical procedure was underway. I find it unacceptable and extremely risky that this type of behavior is tolerated in a dental clinic. The fact that non-medical personnel are repeatedly allowed to enter for trivial reasons jeopardizes patient safety and demonstrates a serious lack of biosafety protocols, professional ethics, and respect for the patient. As a patient, one goes into these procedures with anxiety, but with some confidence that they will be in serious and responsible hands. This experience was the complete opposite. I felt vulnerable, uncomfortable, and completely exposed in an environment that should offer me confidence and protection. I hope this review serves not only as a warning to other patients, but also as a wake-up call to the administration to establish *BASIC RULES OF CONDUCT DURING SURGICAL PROCEDURES*. Because what I experienced shouldn't happen to anyone.

We conducted the consultations with the doctor, and your procedure was a complete success. We regret that you had a negative experience, but all inquiries were conducted while maintaining a safe distance, and we did not enter the examination room or operating area at any time.
I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this clinic. The entire process was very efficient. The registration system is quick, and the wait was minimal. Sir, regarding your case, it was indicated that you needed a root canal because you had a severe case of pulpitis next to your wisdom tooth. You refused the treatment, and your maxillofacial surgeon and the endodontist explained that you would always feel pain because you didn't have the root canal. Don't blame us for your irresponsibility. Your follow-up appointments were scheduled, and the specialists recommended the root canal. We have contacted you several times for your appointments, and you haven't responded. How easy it is for you to leave a bad review and how difficult it is for you to follow your specialists' instructions. We are the ones who support your treatments, but we need the patient's responsibility. The easiest thing for us would have been to extract the other tooth, but even though it was in very poor condition, we offered to do everything possible to save it. We recommend that you be more mindful of your health and complete your treatments.
