and a well-done inlay. The clinic has all the necessary materials and equipment, and also its own workshop where crowns/inlays are made, so I didn't have to wait days to get them placed, as happens with other clinics. Dr. Méndez (who treated me) was very kind and meticulous in her work. The price was reasonable, considering that when it comes to teeth, it's always an investment. I'm very satisfied with the result and the speed of the service.

I went with my grandfather and they treated us very well. In three days they delivered the complete prosthesis and it looked very nice and fast. All the staff were super friendly.

I came with my son for his root canal treatment, and I'm very happy because it was all painless and completed in just one appointment. I highly recommend them. If I'm a patient paying for a service, I don't see why a service provider has the right to be disrespectful. I went downstairs for my evaluation with the doctor and told her that the young man who took the impressions had made me feel uncomfortable with his attitude. I don't know if he was reprimanded or what, but afterward, the receptionists were incredibly rude and disgusting to every question I asked them after the aforementioned incident. For that reason, I decided not to continue treatment with them. My mom decided to get her dentures done with them. They said the total cost would be $1000, and we put down a $500 deposit. We went four times, and they still didn't fit. Each time we went, there was a new excuse for why they didn't fit. I told my mom that four times was more than enough, spending three or four hours at that clinic each time, and that she should just ask for a refund. Today, Claudia came to talk to us and insisted that she would make them again. We told her firmly no, that it was enough. The excuse she used was that my mom no longer has enough bone to support the dentures, and she started saying that her clinic was successful and other things. But they didn't use logic or common sense. If they were truly professional, they would have explained that from the beginning, saying that the plate might not fit properly or that she didn't have the necessary base for the prosthesis to fit correctly. That was THEIR MISTAKE, and it showed a LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND INTEGRITY, by giving a wrong diagnosis or failing to explain the possible consequences of treatment due to bone loss. She tried to convince my mother and even told her that her grandmother has the best prostheses because she had them made. Of course, what can the grandmother say if she's the granddaughter? I got irritated by their insistence and told them that even we weren't comfortable going there anymore, let alone them seeing us. Her response was: "I'LL SEE HOW MUCH WE CAN REIMBURSE YOU." Such a lack of professional ethics is evident that they didn't even have the decency to come out and tell us how much they were going to refund us. They sent one of the secretaries to give us back $125 and told us that's all they were returning because the plates were useless and didn't fit. Another illogical question: why give us something that's useless? Did they think we were going to put them up as decorations at home?! In total, we lost $375 and spent four days dealing with their bad attitude. In short, don't waste your time at this place; they'll rip you off and won't do a good job. I'm going to call consumer protection to report this case, not to try to get my money back, but to set a precedent for what this clinic does. If you want professional and reliable people for your teeth, go to Vidental… the secretaries are unprofessional, but the doctors are honest, and the technology is state-of-the-art!

We don't want to treat patients like you, and please don't return to our clinic. Your review is malicious and clearly intended to discredit the work of our entire team. Our work is impeccable, and no matter how much you pay for a service, it NEVER gives permission for you to mistreat our staff.
I visited the clinic twice, and the wait time to be seen is excessive, even though they operate by appointment. The last time, I waited 45 minutes without anyone even approaching me to let me know if there was a problem, which is why I decided to leave, only to be offered a rescheduling appointment. Terrible service and customer care.

Good day! We have records of your treatments. We performed several fillings and a replacement of a dental filling due to leakage. We explained that it needed to be replaced, specifically mentioning that it was your most delicate tooth. You came to our office the following day, and we redone the restoration, placing a base to prevent the need for a root canal. We clearly explained that the tooth's response depended on its regenerative capacity. Unfortunately, the tooth continued to have symptoms, and we recommended a root canal. It's very common for sensitivity to occur after removing a filling with these characteristics. We did everything we could, and in fact, the last time you saw us, the specialist told you that you needed a root canal and offered to perform it that same day. In any case, we regret the misunderstanding because we did everything possible without charging you extra for consultations or procedures for the examination of that specific molar. We hope you will consider this and know that we look forward to seeing you for your root canal. We apologize for the perception you had of our clinic, but we do everything in our power to see the improvement in our patients, and there is clear evidence of this that you were treated respectfully and professionally.
