I had a consultation today and I think it's an excellent place. The doctor, the dentist, and the lady who greeted me were all very professional; their warmth and knowledge were truly commendable. o listen. He really heard all my concerns and worries. He offered me different treatment options suited to my needs. He was very honest. He was clear about the pros and cons of different treatments. I felt well looked after and cared for. The receptionists and assistants were super lovely and kind. Always with a smile on their faces. I had to reschedule an appointment due to Bogota's traffic. The staff was very good at accommodating me and booking another time. Overall an amazing experience. The best dentist in Bogota!
I went for orthodontic treatment and was amazed by the doctor's professionalism; she was very punctual and ethical in her work. I recommend her 100 percent.
Excellent professionals and excellent service, they welcome patients warmly and I loved the result of my treatment.
I absolutely do not recommend this place. The procedure was terrible. They extracted a tooth in the same area where they were supposed to perform surgery, but they just pulled it out, leaving two fragments. The pain was unbearable. They didn't give me the medication I needed, and they didn't care when I told them about the problem. I asked for a refund, and they called me a liar, saying the…

procedure was correct. It's been two months, and I'm still recovering from their mistake. On top of that, the surgeon has no tact; he's not kind or courteous, like he's treating an animal. He mistreated me horribly.
