My visit with the doctors was wonderful; their explanations were clear and concise. I think the costs are fair for my treatment plan. The place is very pleasant and makes you feel calm and confident. I recommend it 100%.
Unfortunately, they've changed the way they provide their services; they try to surprise you with unsolicited treatments under the guise of "for your well-being and better service"—services that, coincidentally, aren't covered by dental insurance. We deeply regret your perception, although it doesn't surprise us, considering your aggressive attitude and inappropriate treatment of our staff, who treated you with respect at all times. From the first visit, the patient was clearly informed (and signed to acknowledge receipt) that not all treatments are covered by her insurance, a fact she unfortunately chose to ignore. At no time was any treatment performed without informed consent or explanation. It is concerning that you use terms like "malpractice" (used in a message sent by your wife) without any basis or professional knowledge, and even more serious that you resort to a public review to distort the facts instead of assuming your responsibility as users of the service. By this, we mean that the treatment was performed and you chose NOT TO PAY, a situation that confuses us since in the review, you make it seem as if you paid when you did not. Despite this, the cordiality and follow-up provided by the team for the treatments performed has always been and will continue to be the same. We work under ethical and clinical standards, and while we understand that we cannot always please everyone, we will not allow an administrative difference to justify verbal abuse or defamation of our team. We regret that, after initially expressing satisfaction with our care, your perception has changed so drastically. Even so, our clinic's doors remain open to you and your wife, and we are ready to address any questions directly and professionally, as has always been our policy. To future patients: we invite you to learn about our treatment protocols, our professional ethics, and our commitment to your oral health. Hi, my first visit was really great. The doctor explained everything in detail and gave me a really thorough examination, looking at alternatives and always being very kind. He made me feel confident, and the place is very welcoming. Even though it's small, it has everything necessary for a good diagnosis.

I went for a cleaning and to have a permanent retainer removed. I have Dentegra insurance, and the cleaning is covered. Dr. Mariana explained all the details of the insurance, the cleaning, and the overall condition of my teeth. She was excellent. Removing the retainer and replacing it with an external one was a super quick process.

Well, I liked the treatment and it hardly hurt at all
Doctora Mariana and her team were very thorough with their dental work and took the time to explain dental procedures and answer all my questions. They have been doing great follow-up on my case, connecting me to specialists, and are very responsive over whatsapp.
Bad service, and I asked for my invoice and they never sent it to me. But I did get paid immediately.
