Terrible experience, I absolutely do not recommend it. I went to this clinic based on a recommendation and benefit from my insurance, and what initially seemed like an "exceptional and excellent quality" service turned into an extremely disappointing and regrettable experience where, unfortunately, none of my ailments were resolved.

In your case, during the root canal procedure, you were kept fully informed about the complexity of the treatment, the number of sessions required, and the importance of ensuring an optimal result before proceeding with the final restoration. When the initial result did not meet the quality standards that characterize our clinic, we decided—out of professional responsibility—not to continue with the restoration until we could guarantee the durability and success of the treatment. We even proposed an alternative with an external specialist, assuming the cost of repeating the previous treatment ourselves, with the sole objective of providing you with a definitive and high-quality solution. Unfortunately, this could not be finalized because you needed to verify the information with your insurance broker. In dentistry (and in life in general), a good result depends not only on finishing quickly or meeting insurance requirements, but on doing things right, with quality and professional ethics. Sometimes, responsible treatment may require more time or more steps, but that patience is what guarantees a lasting and healthy result. We understand your frustration with the time and sessions required; however, our priority will always be the health and well-being of our patients, even when that means making difficult decisions. We appreciate your feedback, which motivates us to continue improving while maintaining our philosophy of transparency and professional excellence.

They're super friendly. I loved that during my first checkup, they took the time to explain everything in detail. The photos, X-rays, etc. I'm afraid of injections, and they were super careful to make sure I felt comfortable.

at everything is perfectly documented in your medical record, which is a super-comprehensive logbook that allows you to see the progress of your treatment. Here, you'll also feel and have the space to ask questions, validate, double-validate, and request details and explanations about any procedure, including the pros, cons, and considerations to take into account before making an important decision for your mouth. This is not only because of the investment, but because we've learned from other experiences that often work is functional in the moment but not in the long term. I'd like to conclude by saying that I've not only treated myself here, but I've also recommended it to three family members, who are also very satisfied with the results so far.

I went for a cleaning, and when they prepared my medical records, they also took photos. I liked the diagnosis; it was clear and very detailed. It's conveniently located, right off the Chilpancingo metro or bus station.

I highly recommend the care at Sonriemx. They answered all my questions, and I'm grateful to the doctors for their teamwork and for proposing the best treatment plan for me. The office is very modern, and they are up-to-date on topics that another clinic would have offered me, requiring very invasive treatments.
