I had a dental emergency when a crown on my incisor broke, and based on the good reviews, I booked an appointment at Clínica Santa Ana through Doctoralia. They changed the appointment time over the phone, and I arrived promptly, but when I got there, the clinic was closed, and the dentist was also waiting outside, unable to contact anyone. d after explaining it, they initially asked me to come at 5:30 p.m., but then they called me again to tell me to come at 5 p.m., since my case would require more time. I work in the Eixample neighborhood and, to get there on time, I left at 4 p.m. and walked. To my surprise, when I arrived at the clinic, it was closed! The dentist who works there was also outside, waiting for someone to open. She was desperately trying to contact someone, but she wasn't getting a response. We were outside for half an hour until she explained to me that there had been a mistake and that she already had patients scheduled for 6pm and 7pm, and that she couldn't see me. I asked her if she could reschedule those patients, since my case was urgent, but she said no. I didn't see any organization or seriousness on the part of the clinic. They didn't make the slightest effort to fix the mistake and help me, even though I was there for an emergency! Initially I had considered making a budget to start my treatment (thanks to the positive reviews), but now I completely rule out that option due to the lack of respect and professionalism.
