I left the clinic very happy. They gave me clear explanations of all the treatments I needed, making sure I understood everything. They were transparent at all times and very professional. Special mention to Toni and Dr. Jareño, who were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely continue my treatment with them; they conveyed both professionalism and a personal touch.
I've been coming for years, they're very good professionals and the service is exceptional.

have a bad experience from childhood, and my fear was how I might be treated and what harm they could do to me... I can only say that during the first almost two-hour session, I fell asleep... haha... Incredible! I never would have imagined it. For me, they're a 10 out of 10, and I recommend them 100%.

They added €15 to the €75 cleaning fee for personal protective equipment. I was advised to file a complaint with the consumer protection office. In my case, my recent experiences have been very bad. It used to be a prestigious clinic. I've been a client for a long time, but lately there have been many changes, and in my opinion, all for the worse. My last experience was so unpleasant; I felt ripped off, so I decided to stop going and change dental clinics.

Hello Rafael, we're sorry you felt that way; it was never our intention. Here's our perspective: You came in with a small fracture in a tooth, and we determined that the cause was malocclusion, which was aggravated by not using your night guard. We referred you to an orthodontist to see if moving your teeth could solve your problem. The orthodontist explained that since your implant couldn't be moved, orthodontic treatment wouldn't be effective. The doctor who saw you initially was also there that day, and after ruling out orthodontics, he suggested repairing the fracture and adjusting your night guard so it fits properly after not using it, thus protecting your teeth. We also performed a CT scan to rule out any root damage, which our endodontist assessed and ruled out. We charged you €40 for each of the first two consultations. We believe the word "scam" is unfair, considering that three of our professionals have assessed you, performed a CT scan, and proposed a solution.
At this clinic, I've noticed something different compared to previous ones; it feels like I'm in good hands. They see the mouth from a holistic perspective, and all the dentists work as a team, meticulously following the order of each procedure. They've made my mouth no longer a headache, and I'm very grateful.

He gave you information about the pathologies that can develop in the mouth and how to prevent them, but we never diagnosed you with periodontitis nor did we provide a quote for treatment. 2. During the initial examination, our specialist found two cavities, and it is our obligation to inform our patients about any pathologies we see in their mouths. You told us that you only wanted to address your missing teeth, so we stopped the examination. We didn't give you a quote that included the two cavities we had found, and we referred you to the surgeon for an evaluation. 3. We apologize for not understanding that you wanted an evaluation directly with the surgeon, and that's why we referred you to her. We performed a 3D CT scan, an essential test for the evaluation, and Dr. Satorres gave you a good diagnosis to address your problem. We believe that 70 euros is a fair price for this evaluation, including the 3D CT scan. Furthermore, you yourself acknowledged that the diagnosis seemed good to you and you made an appointment for the treatment. 4. Later, you requested an orthodontic evaluation appointment so we could assess an occlusion problem, which surprised us given your insistence on only treating the implant. You then canceled both appointments, and we called you to find out what had happened.
