My experience was quite traumatic. Although the service was expensive, Mario del Villar made me feel like I was just going to a doctor's office and he was giving me the service for free. He showed zero empathy and zero tact in performing the procedure. Months have passed and I still haven't recovered from what happened. I think he accidentally damaged a nerve during the procedure. Excellent experience with Dr. Javiera Ravazzano. After searching for so long for a place with such patience, I finally arrived at Clínica Prime and I highly recommend it. Excellent service from the moment I arrived at reception.

I've been undergoing orthodontic treatment with Dr. Katherine for a while now, and the experience has been excellent. She's always been very helpful, explaining everything patiently, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I'm very satisfied and happy with the process and the team's treatment.
I have nothing but good things to say about Prime! I've had everything from cosmetic treatments to orthodontics done there, and it's always a pleasure to come in. The attention and care they give to patients is exceptional, the energy is great, and the service is superb! I highly recommend them.

Very welcoming, from the reception staff to the professionals. They are always willing to answer questions and are very helpful in planning services, and they also follow up after consultations. One day, feeling very embarrassed about my teeth, I went to have a tooth extracted. Dr. Ignacia encouraged me to do what I wanted most: to smile again. Now, with the wonderful Dr. Katherine, I'm undergoing orthodontic treatment with braces, and believe me, I'm finally smiling. The care is pleasant, respectful, and very understanding. Excellent service. I had treatment on my jaw with Dr. Perines, an excellent doctor. He performed a joint lavage under sedation with nitrous oxide, assisted by Dr. Zepeda.
