In the following days, I began to experience discomfort and pain when chewing, especially with hard foods. I contacted the clinic for a follow-up appointment. I had been given an appointment, which I noted down with the date and time. Later, I was told the appointment was different and that they had waited for me until 9:00 PM, without ever contacting me by phone. When I explained the problem again and requested a review of the work done, I was told not to return to the clinic and not to contact them again. Subsequently, I had the tooth evaluated by another professional, who indicated that there is an unfilled cavity on the back of the tooth. Regarding the other visible area, they mentioned it could be consistent with tooth wear (bruxism). In any case, I was told that the tooth needs evaluation and possible treatment to prevent future problems. My experience has been negative due to the lack of clarity regarding the treatment, the absence of a written estimate, and the complete lack of availability to address any issues after the treatment. I would not repeat the experience, nor do I feel comfortable recommending this clinic.
