Excellent service! We went to the pediatric dentist, and the doctor is wonderful with children. She's very patient and explains the entire procedure very well. I will definitely continue taking my children to Dr. Gabriela Zerpa.

I moved to a new city and had the same dentist I'd had for 20 years, so I was quite nervous, trying my luck. But I found a wonderful group of people who welcomed me, gave me confidence, and helped me resolve my emergency. They explained everything they had to do and why in detail. I'm staying here now.

Beautiful waiting area, everything is clean and tidy! The views are lovely, especially on beautiful Talca afternoons, and they have background bossa nova music that creates a calm and very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent clinic, very clean and organized. The service is very professional. The best part is that if you have supplemental insurance, they give you an immediate discount without you having to manually file a reimbursement.

In addition to the financial and clinical impact this entailed, the situation caused me months of worry, uncertainty, and emotional distress. I am sharing my experience so that other patients can be informed before seeking treatment at this clinic.

Regarding your case, after the retreatment of the tooth, a clinical and radiographic examination was performed in conjunction with our team and a maxillofacial radiologist. We concluded that the origin of the pain did not present characteristics of an endodontic cause. For this reason, and with the aim of addressing all possible causes of your symptoms, further evaluation in the corresponding area was recommended. It is important to note that clinical follow-up is essential in this type of treatment. Unfortunately, the process was left incomplete because you did not attend the subsequent appointments, which prevented us from continuing with the necessary evaluation and support for your case.
