About three years ago, I started orthodontic treatment thinking they were professionals, but after two and a half years of treatment, there was no satisfactory final result. Besides being only interested in the monthly payment, the doctor who performed my monthly checkups wasn't a qualified orthodontist. Initially, it was a male doctor, but the change occurred. one else wastes their time with unethical and unprofessional people. After that, I went to another clinic (Plaza Buhler) where they explained the situation and performed the necessary analysis. They told me that I had ultimately lost those two years of treatment. I hope my experience is helpful.

The place was impeccable, and the professional was highly recommended. I received very empathetic, professional, and sensitive care. Although I'm terrified of going to the dentist, I will definitely return to continue my treatments. The dentist explains everything she does step by step and respects your timing in case you need to relax. Plus, you can request your favorite music! 10 out of 10!

Bad experience at the Osorno branch, the evaluations are retrograde, everywhere in the evaluations they do x-rays of the entire mouth to see if there are hidden cavities or any anomaly, here they only use a manual caries explorer which is a hook with a sharp point, which is no longer used because it can damage the teeth, on top of that the dentist Nicole Hinostroza is super clumsy to use it, do…

I had a loose tooth, which I reported via text message a month before my braces were due for removal. However, this wasn't taken into account, because when the day of the removal arrived, they were going to take them off. since I had a loose frenulum, and once it was reattached, it wouldn't take long to return to normal. That wasn't the case. My tooth continued to move, and a week later the frenulum came loose again. This made me distrustful, so I decided to change clinics. At the new clinic, they took an X-ray, which showed that not only was the loose tooth in trouble, but there was another tooth with problems that needed a root canal. I had the treatment done, and currently my other tooth is under observation, hoping it won't need another root canal. I hope that in the future, clinics will be more concerned about their patients so that they don't have consequences like mine.
