We arrived in Batcelona on a Monday morning and by Monday evening I had broke a tooth. I took to Google in search of a dentists and lo and behold there were 2 within walking distance. I rely heavily on reviews and the reviews for Dr Sajad and Shevah were spot on. If I could give a thousand stars I would. I arrived at their office the minute they opened. They got us in immediately, thoroughly examined myself and my husband who was also complaining of dental pain, and had us all fixed up & on our way pain free to enjoy our cruise. Dr Sajad & his front office staff are rep of the nicest and most compassionate people you will ever meet. You won’t be disappointed, the reviews are absolutely true.

I have found Opal Clinic to be exceptionally friendly and professional. I had an emergency case, and could not get any help from four different clinics in Barcelona. Only Opal understood the nature of my case, and were prepared to go beyond normal procedures to resolve the situation successfully. I am more than grateful to the responsible doctor, as well as the entire staff.

I would highly recommend this clinic! They treated me very professionally! The doctors were very specialized, and they operated on my tooth painlessly 😍 and very quickly! And the reception staff were also super friendly!

I've had two complicated surgeries. I'm very happy with how they were performed and the follow-up care. The doctor is very attentive to my needs and gives me a sense of security and confidence.
My experience in this clinic is the worst experience I had with dentists. I started my procedure solely just for check ups. for her and made me experience the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life. She kept hitting the tools to my teeth by mistake and I warned her that it hurts, she kept going. While giving anesthesia, she hit my nerve and the pain was unbearable. She did not care about any of my warnings for her. I could tell something was wrong but my tooth was wide open, couldn’t do anything. After she finished, it looked quiet normal so I thought I was being paranoid for no reason. I should have trusted my gut feeling. For 1 week I couldn’t open my mouth or breathe, eat or drink anything without pain or sensitivity. I called the clinic and they invited me over after a week. A male doctor helped me. He was VERY suspicious of me and not believing my pain. He kept blaming me for my tooth?! That was very unprofessional and ridiculous. He kept saying I probably grind my teeth in the night and this is why it happened. He said I just had a high bite and tried fixing it. I warned him that it hurts while doing it and he said “you wanted this, now you have to endure this”. Horrible experience with that dentist. Mind you, I do not grind my teeth in the night because I sleep my mouth open. After this horrible experience with him, I cried from anger because of how I was treated. I demanded to go there when my doctor, Natalia, was there. I did, she tried her best to fix what another doctor failed to do. She couldn’t because my tooth is so sensitive that now only thing that will save me is root canal, which was NEVER communicated to me in any of my visits before. I never struggled with tooth pain. I went there solely to renew my fillings. They checked and told me that I do not need root canal. Because of the wrong doing of Maria or what her name is, I have been suffering with my tooth since September 6th, 2025. I cannot bite, chew, drink cold water; simply because of a “filler”. I took second opinions, they all told me either the cavity was not cleaned well or there is something wrong with the filling. Since they cannot open it due to sensitivity, it has to be root canal. I never EVER had any problems with this tooth, no pain, no ache, nothing. Until she ruined my tooth. I do not recommend this clinic, except Natalia. You will be judged suspiciously, treated badly, will suffer. I had to go there 6 times, thanks to Natalia trying to help me and I really appreciated her. Except her, this was the worst mistake of my life. PS: The girls at the reception were also very nice. Natalia and the girls were the only nice thing about this clinic.

Multiple examinations were performed, your bite was carefully adjusted, and you were seen several times to monitor the situation. Our team — including Dr. Natalia — genuinely tried to resolve your symptoms in the most conservative way possible. It is important to clarify that dentistry and biology are not mathematics. Even when procedures are performed correctly and according to clinical standards, individual biological responses can vary significantly. Tooth sensitivity, nerve reactions, and post-treatment inflammation are sometimes unpredictable and can develop despite proper care. At no point was there any intention to harm you. In fact, we continued to see you for several follow-up visits to reassess and support you, prioritizing your well-being throughout the process. We respect that you sought second opinions, which is always your right as a patient. However, suggesting wrongdoing without clinical evidence is a serious accusation. Root canal treatment can sometimes become necessary after deep fillings due to the natural progression of inflammation inside the tooth — even when there were no prior symptoms. We genuinely regret that this situation caused you distress. Our entire team, including our reception staff and doctors, strives to treat every patient with professionalism and care. One of the best clinics in Barcelona. Extremely professional with a kind and hardworking staff who meet your every need.
