Dear Soledad, first of all, we regret your dissatisfaction. It is important to emphasize that the Center does not use contracts; what you signed was an informed consent form, and this should be standard protocol in all healthcare facilities. You were also informed that you must take certain precautions when eating and cleaning your teeth after having braces installed (as you mentioned, you had them before without the desired results). The X-ray was requested for case study, and what the doctor told you is that you should have your wisdom teeth removed in the future, not that the installation cannot be done before then. It is also important to point out that if all four brackets had been on the same tooth, we would be talking about improper installation. However, since there is one tube and three brackets on different teeth, all placed on different dates, this indicates poor oral hygiene. If it had been improper installation, as you say, they would all have fallen off at the same time. We would also like to inform you that we have full-time cleaning staff, so the situation you mentioned is unlikely to occur. Furthermore, according to Seremi protocol, the treatment room is sanitized between each patient. Our ratings as a center support this statement. Unfortunately, when we offered to meet with you in person to address your concern, you blocked us. If you wish, we are available to explain again the precautions you should take during the procedure, and we hope this is not simply a malicious comment intended to damage Odontoplus's excellent reputation built over years of service.
