My experience at Medident was excellent thanks to Dr. Dafne, who treated me with incredible professionalism and gave me all the confidence I needed since I was scared. She is wonderful. I highly recommend her and the clinic.

The place is clean, comfortable, they are punctual with appointments and my dentist, who has become my primary care dentist here, treated me very well. He extracted 4 of my teeth and was always very attentive to me 24/7. So I 100% recommend the care of Dentist Dafne Cruz, who also cares for the little ones in the house.
I went there because of great reviews on Facebook. I was seen by the dentist Dafne, and I loved it. She's very patient, kind, and professional, as she truly cares about her patients' dental health. It's worth mentioning that she's become my go-to dentist because I don't let just anyone check my oral health.

Very amazing dental care. I got wisdom teeth removed in this clinic and I had an amazing Dr Roberto take care of me. He was very caring and gentle with this process, as it was very frightening for me. The service is very good and personal for a good price. Very recommended dental clinic in Playa del Carmen! Well, I followed the fabulous reviews and found myself facing a lot of bad signs. They advertised a checkup promotion for $150 pesos, and when you send a WhatsApp message, no one answers. You call, and no one answers. I went to the clinic asking about the promotion, and they told me it depended on the checkup, which didn't seem like a big deal to me. Dr. Roberto Carlos, since I needed my wisdom teeth extracted and I'd read wonderful things about him in the reviews. To my unpleasant surprise, the doctor was out for three months—not two weeks, not a month, but three months. I asked about another maxillofacial surgeon, but it turns out he's in Cancún and only comes to Playa del Carmen if there are enough people who need him. I told them about the WhatsApp and phone number, and they gave me a card with another number, to which I sent the x-rays, and they never answered. If we started like this, how could we end? Maybe the reviews are fake or the service is lacking, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't avoid a very bad taste in my mouth and a lot of mistrust. And if that weren't enough, their health professional license doesn't appear. I recommend that everyone, when visiting an oral or maxillofacial surgeon, always check that their full name and professional license are registered. If they use incomplete names, as in this case, or if they don't appear in the records at all, it's cause for suspicion. How can you verify a professional license? It's a simple and free process. You only need the specialist's full name to search for them on the official website of the General Directorate of Professions. Go to the National Registry of Professionals on the Mexican government website. Enter the professional's full name (first name, last name, and last name). The system will show you if the person has a registered license and their professional information. Checking this is an important step to ensure you're in the hands of a qualified specialist and avoid potential risks.
