I went to the clinic because I needed a root canal. The dentist who performs these procedures is only at the clinic one week a week, making it very difficult to coordinate with a normal work schedule. The first day I went, they removed the nerve (poorly, because it still hurts) and placed a temporary filling that fell out THE SAME DAY I went. Besides that, I waited almost an hour to be seen,…

even though I had a scheduled appointment. They gave me a second appointment for the end of the month. I've decided to have everything done at another clinic. I absolutely do not recommend this one.

I haven't had any problems with my teeth, but the service at this place really lowers the quality of the place because they're always so slow. It's unacceptable that you're supposed to see me for five minutes, or whatever it is, and then you make me wait 20 minutes or more! It's so bad I always come back 20 minutes later to see what happens :( That way I avoid having to wait around doing nothing.
They are always very kind, they try to help you with everything and explain everything very well. Every time I go, I feel like I'm in the hands of great professionals. Thank you.

I went there a couple of years ago. The guy who saw me asked me where I was going with those teeth, all to convince me to get Invisalign. I work nearby and it was working out well for me because of the proximity and reviews, but they made me suspicious.

It's very disrespectful to waste time. Thirty minutes staring at the ceiling without any warning of the delay, not even when I asked.
I highly recommend them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave me advice from day one. I'm halfway through the Invisalign process and everything is going perfectly. Great job!

Incredible treatment received from the Colonial auxiliary staff (not the dentists). Highly recommended. You can tell they care about their patients and seek solutions to their real oral problems, avoiding overtreatment. Very professional in my opinion, and a great team!
