They scheduled my appointment for 7:00 PM, I asked for permission at work to be there on time, and the dentist left because he felt unwell; they didn't notify me and they made me waste my time.

Don Manuel, I apologize. An unfortunate human circumstance arose, which led me to call an Uber to assist the doctor and take him to a medical center. This had never happened at my son Derek Merino's clinic, who sadly is no longer with us, and where he worked 24/7. He died on the job, attending to patients regardless of the hour. The patients of this clinic know that he was very responsible and dedicated. He was assaulted at 4:00 a.m. while attending to what he thought were emergency patients. I jealously guard his legacy, and the Pinos family knows this. I am very sorry that he could not be seen due to the aforementioned circumstances.

I'm having a root canal at this clinic and it's been a really great experience. Dr. Felipe is fantastic, very attentive and caring at all times. He explains every step of the procedure and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. You can tell there's professionalism and excellent patient care. Highly recommended. ❤️

Los Pinos Dental Clinic is a very pleasant and welcoming place. The dentist's treatment of patients is excellent; they make you feel calm and at ease before any procedure, whether you're an adult or a child.
I've been to this place several times, and the service has always been very good. But the last time I went, I went for some cavities (which weren't hurting), but I had a trip planned and preferred to have them removed beforehand (it was just a small stain). the pain of a root canal. I told him about it, and he said it was normal. From the time I left, the pain didn't lessen; instead, it worsened day after day, until 15 days later when I had to have an emergency root canal abroad because the pain was unbearable. So, I had a terrible vacation because of a bad experience. In my opinion, it was negligence, since I didn't feel any pain in that tooth before visiting this clinic. I went back later, and the doctor said it wasn't the clinic's fault (he took x-rays and told me the pain was from my third molar; this was in March, and to this day, my third molar is still there, and I don't have any discomfort in any of my teeth). Therefore, he said he couldn't be held responsible, so I never went back. I'm leaving this on record because I never received an apology or compensation for the damage. (Besides having to pay 350,000 pesos for the root canal and restoration at another clinic), a cost I wouldn't have had to pay without this negligence. (And I wasn't compensated for that either.)

You're an "adult," and I expected much more from you. You call me negligent when you don't even know how to brush your teeth and prioritize a trip over a health issue. Hi, ALL our consultations are free. We NEVER offer free consultations, ever, because we don't give away our work (we don't need to, Joaquín). I think you went to the wrong place and didn't have the patience to wait for the second option (who would also charge you). Don't get used to receiving "free things," especially from strangers. Kisses, and take care of the baby.
My mom has been seeing me for a couple of months now and there's nothing to say... excellent professionals, especially Dr. Derek... it's impossible not to love him, also considering how tender and kind he is. I hope he stays here for a long time.

I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction (putting aside my fear) and they attended to me immediately. They were available, provided excellent service, answered all my questions, were quick, the prices were affordable, and the diagnosis was accurate. I went to the emergency room on a Sunday because of complicated alveolitis, which is very painful. Dr. Andrea was excellent, a true professional. She explained the procedure and somehow managed to calm me down despite the pain.
