First of all, I wanted to highlight the staff, both the assistants and the doctors, who are all super friendly and understanding. I've been a long-time patient, and all my treatments have been impeccable. I go for checkups every six months, and I wouldn't change this clinic for anything. I would give them a thousand stars.

Hi, I really don't recommend this dental clinic. They change their prices every week. I went one day for a filling, they gave me one price, and when I returned the following week to schedule the appointment, they had raised it to almost double the initial price. They raised it without examining me, without reviewing the x-ray, nothing... The receptionist came and asked me how much they had charged…

her. "Oh, I'll go ask the doctor," I said. And when she came back, she told me a completely different price. Since I was already there, I decided to just pay, and obviously, I had to pay before he even saw me, which is very strange. They didn't examine me again, and I doubt the doctor would remember what I had if it was the first time I'd ever seen him. They should have their prices posted! They don't even give receipts! They're so shameless!

I consulted at this dental clinic, where they have their own strategy. They charge $12,000 for the diagnosis, refundable with the treatment. If the treatment isn't carried out, the $12,000 becomes a payment to the Innovadent Clinic. This is Chile, an outrage...

Half a star! Terrible experience! They never scheduled my appointment, so no one could see me. They only gave me an evaluation, but they didn't perform the cleaning I came for. They don't respect the capacity limits. It's not what they claim to be!

Excellent service. I was seen by Dr. Muñoz and it was a wonderful experience. Very comfortable, with a view that made me want to stay, and the location was fantastic. I highly recommend it.
We went in vain after learning that the receptionist had incorrectly scheduled our appointment. If it weren't for the excellent service and the effectiveness of the treatment and its results, I would give it one star.
