I was really scared to get implants…but everything changed once I started treatment with Dr. Matías Muñoz. His way of explaining things and his care completely changed my mind. Now I'm happy with my treatment and I hope to get my implants soon. I highly recommend Innovadent and Dr. Matías.
Excellent service, from reception to the specialist consultation. I went in for my wisdom teeth extractions and was seen by Dr. Matías, who took the time to explain every detail of the extraction process, from start to finish, and answered all my questions. 100% recommended.

Terrible experience with orthodontics. They offered me Invisalign braces for $3,000,000. Completely out of line; the approximate market value is $600,000. However, I must commend the implantologist. He seems to be an excellent professional.

Bad experience over the last few weeks. My partner is undergoing orthodontic treatment, and when their monthly appointment was due, it was rescheduled for two weeks later, even though they're supposed to be strict with the dates. Regional Health Authority (SEREMI) has closed it, but the clinic's contact person never mentioned this; they always said they were fully booked. Another issue is that with this closure, if you don't contact them, they completely forget about you. During the treatment period (1 year and 11 months), the service was excellent, but the truth is, the clinic's quality has declined significantly lately. And it seems we're not the only ones with this problem, from what I've read.
Horrible experience with them. On October 4th, I had two wisdom teeth extracted, both on the bottom. One of them had a small piece of root left inside, which the dentist, Javier, tried to remove for two minutes and nothing more. before. Then they rescheduled it for a week later! When I was ready to go, they called me 15 minutes early saying their dental clinic had been shut down, which was the last straw because I had been in my mouth for 20 days with the stitches still in! I had to argue so they would find a quick solution because I couldn't continue with those stitches, and they referred me to another dentist in the same building, who explained everything to me very kindly. I should also mention that when I went to assert my rights as a patient, the staff inside only mentioned that there was a girl causing problems. I maintain that the problem lies with them because of the irregularities they committed, and that's why they were being shut down. BEWARE OF THEM. I PERSONALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Especially not for wisdom tooth extractions.

Recommended a thousand times over. I've never had such a good experience at a dental clinic. The treatment from both the secretaries and the dentists is excellent, very friendly and approachable. They are very clear about the treatment plan and explain everything you need to do step by step.

Excellent service. My little one, due to a previous bad experience, didn't want to see dentists, but at this clinic the staff treated him wonderfully. Now going to the dentist is one of his favorite things to do.
Excellent service. They treated me wonderfully, I felt very comfortable, and they explained the procedures in detail, including why they were necessary—something many other dental clinics never did, nor did they even bother to do so. I really liked it. I highly recommend it.

I've never found such a great clinic. Every time I have an appointment, they welcome me warmly, and everyone is so cheerful; their joy is contagious. It's been my best experience at the dentist, and my fillings are going wonderfully.
