The worst experience I've ever had. They leave the filling unpolished, all rough, and tell you they can touch it up another day (I've never seen that before; I've always left any clinic with perfectly polished teeth, needing no touch-ups and certainly not having to come back for the same thing more than once). cavities that other clinics where I've had recent checkups didn't have, but they did in their clinic. Plus, they make it sound very dramatic, like, "Ugh, there are cavities here, three of them!" Suddenly the receptionist comes in, doesn't even look at the x-ray for a second, and says, "Ugh, yes! It's cavities!" And then they cheerfully sell it to you as a package for €80 per tooth, no matter how big or small the cavity is. Since I was there for an emergency toothache—which, by the way, is still there—I believed the story without thinking too much about it, but after looking into it, I know I've been scammed. The whole ordeal cost me €240 and I'm still in the same boat, with the toothache that's been bothering me and starting the weekend like this. It's a nightmare that a clinic that looks presentable and has good reviews can do such a terrible job. And don't even get me started on the anesthesia; it felt like they were trying to hurt me, injecting me with zero skill, causing me so much pain that I cried like a baby. A traumatic experience.

After 15 aligners, they told me the treatment was finished, but I had to insist because I didn't see the right result, and they finally gave me 15 more aligners.
