I don't usually write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn patients. During a dental procedure (a filling for a cavity), I suffered a burn on my lower lip, affecting the skin, probably from some product used. After the procedure, the dentist, in this case Blanca Albiñana, was aware of the injury. The problem arose afterward when the level of responsibility regarding what happened (since these situations can always occur) was truly appalling. The clinic's insurance, which is meant to cover these kinds of situations, disclaimed all responsibility, citing other differential diagnoses without much clinical basis as the cause of my injury, with the clinic's full support. I should mention that I am a doctor and therefore knew perfectly well that it was a burn from some corrosive product. So, frankly, when they don't guarantee they will take responsibility for side effects and/or complications from procedures, I would avoid this place. They don't care about the patients, and in this sector, or any sector, that's ultimately the priority.

I had the worst experience of my life at this clinic. I went for a simple dental cleaning, and it was a complete disaster from the very beginning. To begin with, they made me sign a data protection document via cell phone without allowing me to read it beforehand. I found this practice highly unprofessional and felt a bit suspicious. The hygienist who treated me seemed completely inexperienced, as if it was her first time cleaning her teeth. She showed very little skill with the tools, was abrupt, and not very careful, despite having told her I had a wound on my lip. As if that weren't enough, they didn't detect a cavity on the X-ray, and while I was cleaning, when I blew air, I felt a whiplash that reached my nerve, and now I have discomfort radiating to my ear and neck. The dentist wasn't helpful either... her reaction was bewildered, as if she didn't know how to react to what was happening. A total lack of professionalism and empathy. I will never return, and I certainly don't recommend this clinic to anyone. Dental health cannot be left in the hands of such untrained people or in an environment that generates more concern than trust.
