Excellent service and professionalism. The results are excellent, and they were very patient with my questions and went above and beyond what was agreed upon. I will definitely return.
I feel so good about the care I receive. I've been going to them for many years, and they've always solved my dental problems. I'm very, very grateful. They explain the treatment to me in detail, and I follow their instructions to the letter. The service is exceptional.
Be very careful!! I was influenced by the reviews and thought they did a great job at that clinic... the truth is, quite the opposite. They really hurt me badly. Two days later, my stitches opened up. I called saying it was swollen and even looked infected, and they completely ignored me. Response from the owner Edited a year agoDear Simone, I will try to respond to your harsh words with kindness. I understand you need to blame... we all do. I gave you an IMMEDIATE appointment on Monday (April 24th) at a special time due to the significant pain you were experiencing from a treatment performed at another clinic. When you left, you thanked me for my GENTLENESS, a word not often used in these types of complex and difficult-to-reach procedures, given the tongue muscles and surrounding tissues. I called you to check on your progress, and you said you were doing well, with some discomfort, but you didn't want to take anything. I always ask you to call me (not send WhatsApp messages) if you have any problems, using the emergency number. I didn't see any calls. Perhaps you didn't know that I'm closed Friday afternoons and I don't work on weekends or holidays, with the ONLY exception being an emergency if you call me. On Tuesday, after the long weekend, I saw your WhatsApp messages and called you immediately. You responded in a violent and aggressive manner. Even so, despite my promptness in assisting you outside of normal business hours, my gentle approach, and my empathy for your pain, I received these harsh words, which you will surely remember forever. I feel somewhat relieved seeing that 7 of your 8 comments are disrespectful to other centers, and you didn't personalize it with me. I remind you that the instructions told you not to do sports (and you went to the gym) and also to take a course of pain medication (but you mentioned taking some of your own preparations or shakes, which you didn't tell me what they were). Self-care is a large part of the success of the treatment... but it's always someone else's fault :D. I ask you to please be responsible for your actions and self-care. There's no need to threaten. I came there for an emergency treatment while on a cruise stop. I rang about 50 dentist but they were the only ones who agreed to see me. They agreed .They were really nice and spoke English which was helpful. Treatment was professional and , most importantly, got rid of the pain which meant i could continue to enjoy my holiday. Price was reasonable given the fact it was an emergency. Recommended
Belén and Astor are fantastic professionals, very kind and friendly. I've had several cleanings done there, and they've always been exceptional. Belén recently treated one of my teeth, and the work was impeccable. I highly recommend them! Plus, the music in the office is great—it's always enjoyable, even at the dentist!

I was only temporarily in Barcelona, and the glue from my braces broke. They instantly helped me and were super kind! The dentist also speaks English, so that was very helpful!
My first phase was excellent; I experienced no pain at any point during the treatments, which were well executed, and the staff were very relaxed and pleasant.
They've been treating me for years. They've stabilized my dental problems... all the metal fillings were removed, and a molar was painstakingly rebuilt. It would be hard to find better care. EDDENT is an excellent dental clinic. The staff is very professional and kind, providing outstanding care whether it's for a simple check-up or a more complex procedure. I've visited EDDENT for many different dental issues and have always been satisfied with the results. I highly recommend EDDENT to anyone looking for a great dentist.
I've been a client of this clinic for over three years, during which time both the doctor and the doctor have treated me. I had a root canal treatment with the doctor about two years ago, where everything was spectacular. The doctor also performed cosmetic work on my front teeth, which I'm also very happy with. The environment is friendly, very respectful, and professional.

Our experience was disastrous. My boyfriend went for a tooth problem, and the lady was very nice, very friendly, and very talkative. But in the end, we made the mistake of not asking how much it would cost, and the bill was double or triple what it would cost at other dentists. But that wasn't the worst part. another dentist, he told us it was now beyond repair and they needed an implant, with all the associated costs. We can't comment on her husband, who also works there, because he never saw us, so we don't know if he's better or worse than his wife, but our experience was very bad.

Hello dear girlfriend of… I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I always offer guarantees on my treatments, for the peace of mind of my patients and even myself :D. Mainly because sometimes, depending on the clinical case, saliva or blood can get in, but I have no idea which boyfriend you're referring to and I don't recall the case. It's surprising that a treatment that could have been done with a filling ends up requiring an implant in less than a month, isn't it? Even so, why hasn't he returned? Obviously, if it falls out in a month, it's more than covered by the guarantee… And I emphasize this during the consultation itself. We look forward to your return so we can help you with whatever you need. We live in the neighborhood; it's nice to run into patients and say hello. If there's one thing that sets us apart (even if it sounds arrogant), it's that we're always here to solve any problems that may arise in our patients' mouths (and there are quite a few in the dental world). It's difficult to explain all the expenses involved in running a clinic; we could spend hours talking about it. And even more so if it's an emergency treatment (not planned in the clinic).
