Probably for all these reasons, several members of my family and I have been going to this dentist for decades and have never felt the need to look for another option. Thankfully I left because I didn't like it at all: scaling without anesthesia and I had a terrible week, then whitening with a tray cut with scissors and poorly made… and they were out of reagents… They work in an assembly line… The worst part was my husband, who had his teeth fixed and after spending a fortune, everything went wrong… He had to go to another dental center to have his teeth fixed…

again because they botched three nerve removals… A disaster! I don't understand the good reviews with how badly they do their work. I don't recommend it. You see, they work in an assembly line without a lead dentist and they do a terrible job.

I decided to start Invisalign treatment because some of my lower teeth had shifted over the years. (stripping). I started to smell something burning and asked them to stop so I could ask what they were doing. When they showed me with a mirror, they had already filed down several teeth. The experience was very unpleasant, and since then, my teeth have been extremely sensitive. I've had to change my brushing routine and use a different type of toothpaste. Despite expressing my discomfort, they told me it was "normal." I decided to continue the treatment by changing doctors and giving them a chance, but more than two years have passed, and my teeth are still not right. In the final adjustment, which I also had to pay for separately, the case was handled by a different doctor who wasn't an Invisalign specialist. I had to return twice because the attachments broke as I was leaving the clinic, and I finally had to discontinue treatment because one of the teeth that had been filed down was causing me a lot of pain when wearing the aligners. My experience with this clinic has been very disappointing. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND it, as I have suffered malpractice from several professionals.

It's not always possible to connect with the patient, and not all patients are the same, but it is our obligation to be able to overcome these kinds of difficulties. We were unable to do so, and I suppose that in this respect we deserve the rating you gave us. We also felt uncomfortable from the very beginning; we weren't able to redirect the situation or end it in time, and we will certainly use this setback to learn and improve.

The best dentist in Barcelona. I visited many offices before Echeverria. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor is very good, no, the best! I spent a year with a long treatment and hated the dentist, but everything was perfect. If you don't like the dentist like I did, go to Echeverria.
