meniscus," pointing to a possible bone or joint problem. Unfortunately, my experience was very unsatisfactory. The dentist who treated me didn't seem to read or interpret the MRI report correctly, nor did she show any interest in the specific symptoms I described. Instead of focusing on the real reason for my consultation, she focused solely on the fact that I have a malocclusion (based on a scan performed there) and proposed the following treatments as "solutions": first, teeth filing, which they wanted to do on-site at that time, then night guards and orthodontics. Today I received a CT scan report performed by another doctor at another clinic, and the diagnosis is clear: a mandibular fracture. This means the doctor could have ordered additional tests, but she didn't, dismissing the possibility of a serious bone injury. Instead, she seemed more interested in selling me expensive treatments that didn't resolve the real problem. I feel I wasn't properly listened to, nor was the medical documentation I brought reviewed, which is concerning in a consultation that is supposedly specialized. It seemed to me to be a generalist approach, lacking empathy, and far from what I expected from a serious second opinion on a problem as specific as temporomandibular dysfunction. I believe I should be refunded the €50 I paid for the consultation, as the service I received fell far short of what is expected of professional and responsible care.

I booked an appointment about two weeks ago, for which I had left a 60 euro deposit for a cleaning. I gave 20 hours' notice that my work schedule had changed and I wouldn't be able to make it, and they told me I had to wait 24 hours beforehand or I'd lose the deposit. Terrible. We simply informed you that our policy states that appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance, as the doctor reserves a specific time for you. When advance notice is not given, it is difficult for us to reschedule the appointment, and this affects both the doctor and the team. You were already informed of this on the day of your first visit, which is why you had paid the €60 deposit requested as a guarantee, which is also reflected in your treatment plan. We understand that unforeseen events can arise, and as on a previous occasion, we were going to reschedule your appointment without any problem, but when we tried to contact you, your phone was no longer receiving our messages, which prevented us from reaching you. I’ve been going to Dr Guitarrez for 5 years. I fly from USA to Barcelona once a year for teeth cleaning and check up. Dr G is very nice kind and most importantly trustworthy!
