If you're looking for dental care for wisdom tooth extractions, cleanings, or treating cavities, the place is fine. The staff is friendly. But I wouldn't recommend it for more complex treatment and follow-up. I was there for 18 months with minimal results. Excellent service, very kind and professional doctors. They gave me security and complete confidence during the surgery; I felt very well cared for and that my health was in the hands of professionals.

The doctor used to be good, but now he has a lot of apprentices and tells you they're all very good. That's completely false. They're inexperienced, and over time their work gets ruined. It's not done well, and that will cause you another problem. I don't recommend him.

Terrible doctor, terrible service, the dental work is awful, the staff is arrogant and always in a bad mood, as if you weren't paying. The amalgam filling they put in fell out after 2 weeks, nobody took responsibility, and to top it all off, when you go back they tell you that nobody knows anything about you and that they don't have your information.

My whole family has been receiving excellent service and professionalism from all the doctors (César, Ricardo, Axel, David) for years. I highly recommend them. They've helped us in emergencies that not every doctor can handle, with excellent results.
Personally, this is the worst experience I've ever had with dentists. They only care that you start paying them, no matter what they're going to do to you. The name of the "doctor" who treated me is Alex, but Dr. Cesar and his assistants were present at all times. worsened my problem. The day I was seen by Alex, he had a lot of people and the other "dentists" pressured him to finish me off and see more people. They didn't want to see me afterward to fix it, and I asked to at least remove the resins that had already ruined my teeth with the carving they did, but they refused. They made me sign a form stating that they would not reimburse me anything in exchange for having the resins removed. After that, I called to make my appointment with the same dentist (Alex), who refused to see me. It's incredible that Dr. Cesar said what Alex did on my teeth was a work of art (in those words). I don't recommend anyone going there. Their prices aren't cheap, and the service they provide is terrible. Once you pay, they're no longer interested in the results.

Hello Belem Damián Arango, the veneer treatment you mentioned wasn't suggested by our staff. You came in at your request, and your teeth were not damaged at any point, as you mentioned. We subsequently scheduled follow-up appointments, which we didn't require your attendance to attend. We clarify that you were never denied the appointment. We told you that if you weren't satisfied, you could come back, which is still the case. We also want to mention that we don't require our patients to sign any documents that aren't necessary for the care of our patients (medical history, informed consent, and privacy notices).
I went to Dr. Cesar for very good care because of a very strong infection and no one wanted to treat me because I was diabetic. They made me suffer a lot. Thank God we fell into the hands of Dr. Cesar, who gave me a lot of confidence. He treated me excellently. His team was very good. The service isn't terrible, but it's ridiculously expensive—they even charge you for sitting on the couch. If you can afford to spend thousands of pesos, then go somewhere better with quality service. They claim they don't accept walk-ins, but when someone arrives, they're ushered in and you have to wait for hours.
It's a dental clinic with excellent dentists and excellent staff. Since I started seeing them, my dental health has improved dramatically. I highly recommend it.
I went for an emergency with my son, and as soon as I arrived, they told me to make an appointment first, then see if he's in pain. They're supposed to treat children, and their poor judgment leaves much to be desired.
