Everything was great with the service. I've been going for several years for cleanings, fillings, and cavities, and I know people who've had extractions and everything went very well. However, although I've noticed a few staff turnovers, you can request a doctor to see you with a prior appointment and availability, in case you want to see the same doctor.
I had a root canal done without any major complications. Dr. Edgar was very attentive and, above all, explained everything very well during the consultation. In general, everyone at the clinic was very friendly, and it was clean and accessible.

Be careful when visiting this clinic. Review the procedures you're undergoing, who performed them, and back up everything. When you sign the documents they give you, also demand the X-rays of the respective procedures. They then take no responsibility and act in an arrogant manner.

Patient with multiple root fragments wearing a partial denture supported by four teeth, one of which has a clinically visible horizontal fracture, and a full acrylic crown with a cast post. The treatment alternatives were explained to the patient (partial extraction of the fracture or total extraction if necessary). Under local anesthesia, the fractured edge was removed and debridement was performed. This root is an important support for her prosthesis, so the patient was offered the opportunity to attempt to save her tooth, which she accepted. A post was placed at the appropriate depth in the root, coronal lengthening was performed, and the crown was cemented. This is a clinically approved procedure, which we can present to any authority. As the patient shows in the screenshot, follow-up was always offered regarding the procedure performed, to the point that the requested phone number was called to explain the treatment procedure, which the patient accepted but declined.
