“I highly recommend Dr. Veres as an orthodontist in Valencia. I started Invisalign treatment and he inspired confidence from day one. He is meticulous, professional, and explains everything to the patient. An excellent choice if you are looking for Invisalign or orthodontics in Valencia.”
I was new to Valencia and I was told there was a dental clinic in Ruzafa with good professionals. So far, I'm very happy with the veneers.

The treatment I received from a woman named Carmen, who appears to be the owner, was appalling. She speaks to patients with a shocking lack of empathy and charisma. Furthermore, she treats and speaks rudely to her own staff in front of clients, which is completely inappropriate. She also frequently schedules appointments on days or times when she already has other patients and keeps changing them.…

. In my case, she even tried to overcharge me, and I had to confront her about it. It's a real shame, because the rest of the team, including the doctor, is very kind and professional. Therefore, to be fair, I'm giving it three stars: the staff doesn't deserve a bad rating because of the behavior of just one person.

We are very sorry for your frustration, but we also regret that this comment discredits a part of our team that has worked hard to serve you over the years, since you hadn't visited us since 2019 because we don't offer free cleanings and checkups. For some years now, given how expensive everything is, we haven't been able to offer free services, as the staff who treat you have the right to be paid for their work. We need to charge for checkups because they require at least half an hour of our time, during which we have to pay the professionals involved (doctor, hygienist, receptionist, and cleaning staff). On your last visit, you wanted to pay for the checkup but not for the 3D X-ray/CT scan necessary to diagnose your case, as it required cosmetic dental work on an implant you had placed at a different clinic. It wasn't a simple procedure, and you also needed to replace some veneers. In the end, we managed to make you understand the need for the X-ray by giving you an extra discount, and we arranged for Carmen to explain the treatment plan. Since the estimate was quite expensive, you preferred a cheaper, lower-quality type of material that we no longer use. When we refused to use it and explained why, it seems you didn't like the explanation, and that's why you posted a comment that negatively affects the person in charge of estimates and accounting. All Carmen did was be honest with you, and in front of you, she tried to hide the fact that she didn't want to pay for the X-ray by agreeing with you and saying that "perhaps you hadn't been properly informed about the price of the CT scan," and she gave you a special discount. Our team has the full support of management, and at no time is anyone disparaged because that would be mistreating ourselves. We have been working together for many years and hope to continue doing so for many more. We are very sorry that you got that impression, which in no way corresponds to reality nor reflects the effort and dedication of the director in making this business a success every day and in ensuring that her entire team is doing well.
I had the final phase of my dental work done in October. Just like phase one, I am very pleased with all the work done and was really put at ease with the staff’s professionalism and care. My husband also had a cleaning as well as two teeth worked on—a cavity filling and a crown. He tells his friends that his new dentist is in Valencia! ¡Muchas gracias Dr Cots!

I went because I felt a small gap between my teeth where food was stuck. The dentist attended to me without waiting, explained that it was normal wear and tear, fixed it immediately and I left delighted with the result.
