Cots Dental Clinic is the dental clinic where I've been a patient since 2020. Vicente is a professional dentist who loves his work, and that's reflected in his treatment of patients. Very strange clinic. I went there for just to fix a filling that came off. Around 4-6 different doctors/assistants were looking at me one after another. All making comments and diagnosis. I don't know who actually was my doctor. It took 1 hour just for a consultation. Their English is OK at the best. You have to guess what exactly they mean. took every possible opportunity to make extra work. 1k eur to fix a filling (root canal, crown and everything else). I went to another clinic and there was no Truman show. Just one doctor talking perfect English and explaining everything. As in any normal clinic.

Dear patient, we are very sorry that you didn't like the way we work, but before giving a final diagnosis, and adding that it was your first visit, we preferred to have it confirmed by the clinic's general manager , in addition to the doctor who attended you at first. We explained to you that your caries had reached the nerve, which meant that not only a filling was needed, but also an endodontic treatment. Furthermore, we demonstrated this to you with two X-rays of which you took a photograph to consult with another dentist. You still insisted that you only wanted a filling, but we maintain that you can't just do a filling because leaving the infection inside the nerve can be a huge problem for you in the future. Referring to the budget, it is high because, normally, when we perform a root canal, we advise you to put a crown to protect the tooth (especially in your case, because you have already lost half of your tooth due to caries. ). The crown is completely optional and the patient has the final decision. To conclude, we dedicate an hour and as much time as necessary to our patients whenever the treatment is complicated and they are not understanding the difficulty of it. We are sorry that you feel that spending so much time with our patients is unprofessional, but the 30 years we have been working have taught us that any treatment is equally important and that there is no need to lie and inflate the budget, as we are still chosen for the quality of our work. We hope you do very well.

I have been going here for a year now. We are from the United States and the care here is superior and much more affordable. My wife and daughter got cleanings and minor dental work. I had major dental work (bone graft, implants, etc). All of their work has been exceptional. If you don't speak Spanish, don't worry, they speak quite good English. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.
